I have been here several times now and always receive the same treatment. It's a hole in the wall, but I like their service and will definitely return. Swift smog staff are so wonderful, friendly. My car failed the smog test, so we went and had it fixed by mechanic. We took it back at least three times to Swift smog to run it to see if we have completed the drive cycle. Finally on our last attempt it completed and they took it through for a smog. It passed with flying colors thank goodness. But that employees there are so friendly, helpful suggestions and ideas when I was trying to complete the drive cycle. read more

Terrible. The 2 people working here seemed very confused while checking my vehicle. I watched the whole time and they honestly looked like they didn't know what they were doing Well it failed I immediately Drove it to an other smog test and explained what just occurred. My baby Corolla was due for its first smog check, and of course, I looked to the help of my fellow Yelpers to see where was the best place to go in Hemet. Thank you for the great reviews that led me here, the workers were friendly and I got fast service! It takes about 10-15min :) Regarding pricing, it depends on what vehicle you have. Even though I paid $10 more than what was advertised on their sign, I think it was worth it for their speedy service and friendly demeanor. I had questions, and they had no problems answering them! Overall, great experience. I will be coming back here for future smog checks. Tip: It's on the corner of Gilbert and Florida, and a little hard to get to during traffic hour, if you're coming from Florida. I would take Latham to Gilbert if you're gonna go during a busy time. read more

Wish I knew about this place years ago! $39 for a smog is the best deal around! Both guys I dealt with were very nice and helpful! We were in and out in under 10 minutes and on our way! Access to their parking area is a little tough, and the lot is a little beat up. The waiting area inside is small but clean and there are plenty of magazines to peruse while you wait! Great and honest shop. 1.Significantly less expensive than other local shops. 2. Very honest, they give you a rundown of things that may cause you to fail. In my case I cleared the codes and only drove it 10 miles. They informed me I should drive it another 40 but at a certain speed between 55-65. When I came back they checked it with the OBD reader to double check and then ran the smog test which I passed. The surrounding shops did not provide this info and I can only suspect they knew I would fail and have to come back and pay them again. This shop is great you'll be in and out in 5 minutes. read more

I don't live in Hemet but I happen to work there so every so often I get stuff done around the area after or during my lunch break. I looked this place up on yelp while asking my coworker if he recommended a place for smog tes and at the same time I was reading my yelp review his dad text him and said this was the place he goes to. I called to see if I needed an appointment and the guy on the other end said no you can come anytim, so I clocked out for lunch and went cuz it was only 3 mins from my job. I got there already expecting to pay $39 (thanks to yelpers). I told him I had just replace the cat and sensor on my car and he said he would check and if anything wasn't right he wouldn't do the smog. Well my car passed with flying colors so he said and he also filled my tires with air. He also noticed a nail in my tire which I totally appreciate. I don't know anything about cars so when I take mine anywhere the relevant recommendations mean a lot. In two years if I am around this area and I need a smog test I will not think twice.
