It's closed now. Went to Rapid smog great price and service 951-654-9797 711 S.State st suite C San Jacinto, Ca. 92583

So I walked out yesterday morning and noticed a puddle of coolant coming from my car. So I first called the chevy dealership and they basically was no help. I went to pepboys to get assistance. After seeing what they were quoting me, I advised pepboys that is just me buying a new car and they were telling me I needed things when I didn't due to me having already had those items done literally 10 days ago. So I called my mom and she referred me to Essa. He has been soley working on my moms cars since 2005/2006. So I finally was able to get my car towed to him. And showed him the three documents I recieved from Pepboys ( two had a qoute one didn't. They qouted me ($4,300 and $7,800). Essa had my car looked at and said he would have it done by Tuesday maybe Wednesday. So this morning around 10:45. I got the call from Essa saying my car was ready and the price was AMAZING! During the past few days I was also doing my research and the price he gave me matched what I was finding during my Research. I highly recommend taking all your car needs to Essa. I am Not sure if I'll need a smog check this yr but if I do I will make the drive to Hemet and see him He also takes Apple pay :) read more

My favorite automotive repair shop is closing. I have to say Essa is the most honest man (mechanic) you will ever meet! His is a true hero pf our community. The value of his, the empathic way he helps those in need especially women, the elderly, and those who are down on their luck. I am heartbroken to know next Friday he will be closing. But he has dedicated everything to help his loyal and new customers. To me Essa is family and I pray his will have a beautiful new adventure. Thank you Essa for everything. YOU WILL BE MISS! Take care and God Bless. Aloha Denyse, Irma and Phil Ockerman read more

Spreading the good news! I found USA Smog by referral and I guess it takes a lifetime to find an honest auto shop and owner? Essa and his crew are amazing and so honest. My seatbelt sensor came on, and the owner suggested I verify with the dealership first, incase there was a "Recall, which is appreciated. Next, my passenger electric window stopped working a couple of years ago, which the owner learned the wiring was backwards and correct this, and now enjoying the power window again! Smog, New water pump, new gasket on my oil pan were the only charges. Essa with USA Smog is my Hero and mechanic for life! read more

I've got to this establishment and auto shop for a few years and have always gotten nothing but good honest service and price quotes they smog my vehicles and just did the brakes on my truck. And they have friendly and qualified mechanics and the owner he's a kick. You won't go wrong read more

I spoke to David and another gentleman who I unfortunately didn't get his name. Both were great and gave excellent service, were very honest and offered fair prices. Took care of the oil leak on our our beloved 2003 Ford Escape along with a transmission flush, and did a tune up. We have been putting it off for years because the dealer ship quoted us triple that for just the oil leak. After that we took our 2014 Chrysler Town & Country for service (valvoline said it needed a transmission flush and power steering service) and David from USA Smog actually looked up the service manual and told me I didn't need it! My mom also told me she been there and she was very happy that they took care of her car's problem without trying to up-sell her. I will definitely be back for all my vehicle's needs, including oil changes. read more

They are not educated when it come to CA Smog Regulations..When tried to explain to them what's allowed they got rude and beligerant. Told me never to come back....When they were wrong??? Oh well lost my business perhaps they should read the manuals read more

My family has been coming here for years and told me they would take care of me, I drove in and they we're very friendly, took a look at my car right away, and resolved the issue for me within a timely manner. Took our car in on the recommendation of our neighbor and couldn't be more satisfied. In and out in about 15 min.

The most honest shop I have found in a long time. The owner did my diagnostic on the car for a very fair price. And unlike other shops he did not require me to have the work done there. However after checking other places it became very clear that this was the place to have my car fixed. So thank you very much you have a customer for life. Helen read more

Yelp still needs a zero star bar. Because that's what this company needs. We bought a car from them for my son. Well this car was MacGyverized. They had wire leads just crimped into the battery terminals. The power steering pump, fuel pump, alternator, battery. All went out with in a year. The odometer says 80,000. But DUMB records sat ,189,000. So the odometer was messed with. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more

had a aftermarket K&N air system on my car, told me I need a sticker, but they did the test anyway [ to get their money for failing me because they knew it needed the sticker and they could fail it, and get paid.$$ and no free retest here, could have just told me to get the sticker and come back, I got the sticker from K & N and went back they wanted to make me pay all over again,,screw them,, went to ALL SMOG on State st, same price and if you fail you don't pay ,, read more

My experience with USA Smog and Automotive Repair has been excellent. I recommend them for smog checks and auto repair. I value their honest and professional customer service. The prices for service and repairs are very reasonable for my low mileage 2001 Ford Explorer. I've always had repairs done at Ford dealerships, but I'm confident about the service I am receiving at USA Smog. I will definitely be returning for service to my car. read more
