It is a good merge of a cookie and the campfire treat. They also make special cookies that run for a limited time. Rainbow cookie and croissant cookie were some of the memorable ones. The promotions they have are really good. For Halloween they gave out Lil' chip cookies to anyone in costume. The Lil' chip seems to be about 3/4 the size of a full sized cookie. You also get a free cookie on your birthday when signing up for their loyalty program. I usually take advantage of the uber eats BOGO offer or the BOGO off on the chip city app (usually Wednesdays). When I order either way my order is always ready for me.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $170 for a custom birthday cake, and the…read moreorder was taken directly by the store manager. We clearly agreed that the cake would match a reference photo, including specific colors and Spiderman eye decorations. The manager reviewed the image with me and allowed me to take a photo of her phone showing the exact design we agreed upon. When my husband arrived to pick up the cake--after the promised pickup time--the cake was brought out, but the manager quickly asked for it to be returned to the kitchen because it was not ready. At that point, it was clear the cake was also missing the agreed‑upon decorations. I spoke directly with the manager, who then denied ever agreeing to include the Spiderman eyes, despite having reviewed and approved the design earlier. Most concerning, my husband later observed the manager alter the photo on her phone, removing the decorations we had discussed. Additional requested decorations were also not put on the cake. It has now been weeks, and no one has followed up, despite being told the owner would contact me. For the price and the importance of the occasion, this level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and dishonesty is unacceptable. I expected professionalism, transparency, and follow‑through--and received none.

In fact, I'd go further and say, if you wanna go on this journey the way I did... you should. I ordered and tried it before I was high and my first thought was, this is low-key not great and I think I gotta be high.... So I did just that. ...it certainly got better as I pontificated about life and other dimensions of reality, and popped the dope sauce into the microwave... it all came together after that, I didn't love the half fried tortalini, mostly because there just wasn't enough bacon jam and stuff on top, but I obviously kept picking at it all night so, what's that say? The Shrimp sandwich was just that, shrimp, coleslaw, bread... it's good but way better stoned! The shrimp is large and the fry on it is boss level expertise Their two sauces (sweet honey mustard and spicy cherry pepper) are really good, the dope sauce is a cheese fondue type joint that needs to be heated and gooey and melty.... Unless you're at the truck I'm sure, but I ordered delivery. Now, with the tortalini I ordered the chicken side as well as the sausage, and by the end of the night I put the scarps together and made a chicken sausage and cheese fondue that was to die for, and that science experiment blew my mind because.... Maybe these assholes took me on that journey!? Hah maybe that's what I was supposed to do? Put it all on the tortalini? I dnno, but it was great and they get the fourth star just for that, because if they planned my night this way... lmao mind blown, but it didn't take much, I was smoking through my nose last night.

I love that they have a nice array of coffee and matcha drinks too. I'm pretty sure the word has been out for some time now, but when that Starbucks line in the parking lot is just too much, The French Workshop is a better option (however, on a rainy Saturday in May, that line inside was considerable.
