Their Anaheim truck is great too, but it's nice to see them expanding. Apparently, friendship sometimes means driving through Orange County in search of fried dough. The cookies were perfectly crunchy on the outside yet nice and tender in the middle. I was surprised to find some of them had more of a paste filling instead of the traditional creme filling. The pistachio, rose, and raspberry macarons were the only ones in which the flavors were actually distinguishable. Otherwise there was nothing much thst made any of them really stand out. The very pleasant surprise for me was their peaches & cream crumble. It was SO good! Not overly sweet, with juicy peaches, a delicate cream, and a crumble that was buttery and spiced to perfection. This is easily shareable with 2-3 people, but I unashamedly finished the whole thing by myself. Now before you go thinking that I had ALL the treats in one sitting, I did not lol. I did pace myself and broke it down to 3 tastings.
