Came here on a whim, and boy am I glad we did! We had the miso salmon, hot honey chicken & the kids hummus with chicken. All were good, but the hot honey was 1st in place. Recently tried this restaurant. I was extremely impressed and it lived up to the reviews that I had heard. They have such great options with good ingredients of vegetables and protein (which is hard to find these days). The food was on the pricier side, but you still get a good quality of food with a nice quantity of it. It is a fast serving restaurant the times that I have been and everyone that works there is extremely pleasant and welcoming to the establishment. Everything appeared to be super fresh. You have the option to design your own or pick from a menu. I chose the guacamole greens salad. Very tasty, loved the lime cilantro jalapeño salad (which by the way is not spicy). I did however switch the chicken to blackened chicken for some added flavor, and subbed out the tortilla strips for sesame seeds. When i screw up my order in the app (my fault), they are willing to fix it and get it right when I arrive (I can never remember that their blackened chicken is dark meat...and I like their white meat chicken...and also their steak). Unlike Chipotle that hides the fact that all their chicken dishes are dark meat, at Sweetgreen you have a choice and they are so very transparent. She was friendly, informative and made sure that she properly provided all the ingredients we ordered.. She made me want to return. I have to say that one of the employees making salads for those behind us in line was more concerned with speediness on the line rather than quality of service and almost caused cross contamination between the bowl he was making and the bowls our server was making. That guys needs to slow down and not give in to the people in the back of the line trying to rush. The worst experience ever. I was looking forward to the opening of a store close to home, but we were completely disappointed at our first order. To start off, they didn't have the dressing for the crispy rice bowl. We figured that it was a busy Saturday so it's ok. We ordered the HOT roasted sweet potatoes and while we were waiting for the order the driver texted: "There is no hot sweet potato only cold Is that okay?" Not really, but we can heat it at home. I love this place, but they should really update their physical address ASAP because when you put the address in Apple Maps, it doesn't take you to where they're located. It takes you to a road in the middle of nowhere. I had to assume they were located at The Falls but I had to park somewhere else, ask at a restaurant nearby for directions on how to get here to pick up my order, and that took me 10 mins to do -- which was a whole unnecessary, complicated inconvenience. The food is delicious however if they want to stay open they better up their service game. I walked in in a Saturday around 8:00pm. There was a line of about five people in front of me waiting to order. After about two minutes the gentleman in front of me and his daughter walked out. Five minutes later my husband and I walked out as well very disappointing as I was really looking forward to their food; I've had it before and it tastes delicious. Here's the problem that I noticed the only three employees that I personally saw there may have been more we're all working on what I could only imagine we're called in orders or Uber orders so as they took care of all these to go orders everybody in line just sat and waited while no one was being helped. They really need to rethink their customer service And have specific employees working only on the to go orders and others attending to the walk in customers. I will probably give them one more try however if this happens again I will never be back! read more

This is our second visit to this casual fast food restaurant in the Falls. They specialize in fresh, healthy salads with numerous toppings and options. We were greeted upon entering this very clean, quiet setting. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. My wife enjoyed the Build-Your-Own while I had the Harvest Bowl, a popular choice. We also split a Crispy Rice Treat for dessert. We were impressed that every employee not serving customers was cleaning, cleaning and cleaning. Great experience and we will be back! read more
