this sweet frog shop was so busy and so great, the staff was so helpful and friendly and the yogurt was so yummy!!

The frozen yogurt is pretty good and they have a good variety of toppings. We have gone a couple times in the evening and they tend to pull the serving spoons early. They had one spoon for all flavors of the popping beads and fruit. Something to be cautious of if you have allergies. read more

Staff is very friendly quick to attend when needed, enjoyable place to go with friends & family.

A very refreshing and welcoming environment that perfectly complements the great quality fro-yo, delicious flavors, friendly service, and overall relaxing atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable and worth coming back for again. read more

Best place to get a sweet treat with friends! Love that they have non-dairy options and the staff is so nice!

Absolutely love a healthy sweet treat, and it's great that they have some vegan options! Love this place :)

The service here is amazing, the people are lovely and friendly while maintaining cleanliness of the store.

1/3/23 As sweet as the name sounds, the sweetness can get even sweeter if left to your own devices....or should I say sweet tooth? Well as Kim Basinger would say as a Veronica Lake lookalike "Whatever You Desire" will ultimately make your soft yogurt sweet, sweeter or Super Sweet. Especially if you go Super Size Me at Sweetfrogs. This place had a number of topics you could want. If Willy Wonka were in this shop, what would he choose? A world of pure imagination and of course...money to pay for the weight of your yogurt. Yes, it doesn't matter ( thank you Dwyane Johnson) how much you get, but rather the weight of your yogurt choice. It can get costly, but is so good eat...but so bad for you to fo it. Guess it depends on who's treating you to Sweetfrogs. I saw a cotton candy yogurt, but the machine looked like it wasn't working and I wasn't about to eat bad yogurt. I ended up with Cookies and Cream. I had to add real Ireos and top it off with caramel. I did see the bathroom and it could use an upgrade. It wasn't the cleanest bathroom, but kicks the hell out of Tyson's Corner's Barns&Nobles bathrooms...mens anyways. The crew member working in the store didn't talk much and wasn't overly friendly, but not rude either. Oh well, this is a high school hang out spot and I definitely saw high schoolers hanging out having a good time. I bought my yogurt and left. I don't see myself coming here to offten, but the yogurt is worth the price of admission. I will definitely be back again. read more

This place is good as any other frozen yogurt places. Great selections, including healthier options that have less fat. I wish they crumbled up the Oreos or have an option to, instead of leaving whole Oreos. Sometimes they don't have mochi, which I love so much! Besides that, it's good. read more

I think this is the rudest SweetFrog location I've been in. I wasn't greeted when I came in and the server was just didn't have any customer service skills. Also, they don't accept Apple Pay which happen to be the only form of payment I had that night. I ended up ordering my items through DoorDash and was able to pick it up. The yogurt was great. I got strawberry and mango with fresh strawberries and fruit snacks. I also bought yogurt for two other people and it was less than $30. The portion size is always good a SweetFrog. This location wasn't busy and it was evening time. I enjoyed my treat. read more

Conveniently located in a shopping center, near a grocery store and Marshalls, this is a fun place to stop for a refreshing sweet bite! Lots of flavors, toppings, and friendly service as well. Pros: Variety: There are lots of flavors here, from traditional to exotic! I enjoyed the fruit flavors (like mango) while my friend tried a mint and chocolate combination. I feel that there really is something for everyone here, flavor wise! Service: Very friendly and efficient service! Even when busy, the kind keeps moving quickly, and you are always met with a smile and pleasant experience. Toppings: Tons of toppings! Cookies, sprinkles, fruit, nuts, candy --really delicious and can definitely help customize your treat! Seating: There is lots of seating at this location! I saw many families and children all comfortably enjoying their meals. Price: Price is based on the weight of your Froyo + added toppings. I felt that the price was definitely reasonable for the very large portion of Froyo that I got. Oh...and finally, the Froyo tastes great! Truly delicious treat year round, and the flavors are distinct and delicious, with a wonderful consistency. read more

Great location! They offered about 10-12 flavor options and a lot of toppings! They have 3 cup sizes to choose from. The gentleman working was so friendly and nice. He was such a delight to talk to! I choose coconut and strawberry frozen yogurt. For toppings I choose Reese's pieces, a fizzy popping candy, mango and strawberry boba balls, brownies pieces, and cookie dough pieces. I finished it off with a marshmallow swirl. Great treat! read more

Yogurt is always good-- however we have seen how the management treats their workers and its awful the way they speak to staff. Do better and treat your employees like humans not animals. It was ugly seeing how the older lady spoke to her younger employees-- if a mistake is made or something could be done better theres better ways of expressing conflict instead of yelling in front of customers. Overall, Yogurt was good though. read more

I've been coming to this location for years because some of my family used to live in this area. This was my first time coming back in a while. I've seen new flavors that I never saw before. I like their little check in system. I like how they have Caprisun and Kool-Aid. I grew up on Caprisun I still drink it to this day. I came with a good friend of mine and I like the little stamp system. After you come check in a certain number of times you get a treat! If you're in the Arlington or Falls Church area in need of some good authentic fro yo come here! read more

Since the seven corners location closed this is now the Sweet frog I visit when I want frozen yogurt. They always have so many flavors and the best combinations! All the toppings look fresh and the store is always very clean. Its never crowded when I go but Im sure with the weather getting warmer that will change. Only downside is the parking here. The spaces seem so small and the lot is always crowded because there are other stores along the road. Ask for sample cups so you can try different flavors before committing. I usually split my cup in fourth and have one flavor to each side. I like variety. read more

Best frozen yogurt in town!! They have the best flavors And the staff is very nice and helpful!

Terrible customer service - owners wife is watching YouTube while checking us out........

Great soft serve and friendly service. Fantastic ice cream and always a delicious treat

The flavors at this location were disappointing. The only ones of interest to me were cookies and cream and chocolate and the chocolate tasted more like chalk than fro yo. The toppings bar was one of my favorites-cookie dough AND double chocolate cookie dough and sea salt caramel cups AND regular caramel cups FTW! While I didn't choose any, the fruit appeared fresh and, overall, the area was maintained well. The seating space was ample;however, it was packed on this Saturday night and we just managed to snag the last table. As this location is in a large plaza, parking was no problem. I'd probably return if I were nearby and craving a sweet treat. read more

Pretty standard fro yo place with several flavor options and loads of toppings. I'll give them major props for having actually a remarkable selection of toppings, from fresh fruit to baked goods to candy, and their price per ounce is quite reasonable. I got the Mango and NSA Blueberry fro yos - both were good but I failed to realize NSA stood for no sugar added till after I'd dispensed it, so I wouldn't get that in the future. I feel like I need to say something catchy here, but like, it's frozen yogurt. read more

I wanted to try this Sweet Frog location because the one closest to me (on South Glebe) has terrible customer service. The offerings are standard and the store is certainly typical. However the 10% off when you check-in on Yelp (yay Yelp!) and the friendly service far outweighs the Glebe location. We stopped by close to closing time and they were cleaning up but the gentleman working was very polite. We enjoyed our fro-yo and that 10% off makes a huge difference! Highly recommend coming to the Falls Church location over than Glebe Arlington location if you're torn between the two. You won't regret it! read more

NASTIEST SERVICE EVER. I will NEVER step foot in this location again. I get the same exact thing every time I go to sweetfrog. Cake batter and walnuts. I was trying to explain to the lady that her machine must be broken because the cake batter tasted like the coconut on the opposite side was mixed. She literally yelled at me and told me no then told me to leave. Then told me on my way out "you people always come here fill up and throw away" ummmm you can miss me with the "you people". Your customers (not "you people") are putting money in your pockets but that's okay I won't be back. Fix your machine's and maybe people wouldn't throw the cups they intended on buying away. Or if there truly people wasting things offer small sample cups. Duh. Sincerely, You people read more

Yikes. Just...yikes. We go to other Sweet Frog locations often and have had great experiences; not the case at the Baileys Crossroads location. At all. Horrible service--rude actually--and "they don't do samples at this location". Uh, then how would anyone know what they wanted? Every Sweet Frog location offers small sample cups--except this one. read more

SweetFrog - Mango and original tart with fruity pebbles - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Falls Church, Virginia

I take my kids (ages 3 and 1) here often as a treat for them. They are still quite young so naturally I don't overflow their cups. We have a loyalty card here and get a stamp for every purchase made to earn a free one after the 10th one. Today, the lady checking us out told me she wouldn't stamp my card because our total was too little. I politely told her that my kids don't eat that much and I don't want to sugar overload them so their cups are just the right amount for their age and size. She then had the audacity to comment that once I reached my 10th cup that I would overfill the cup since it would be my free one. I hardly eat sweets and really only come here for my kids. To judge someone and jump to conclusions like that is not only bad business but completely unnecessary. I'm sure the profit margin is more than 400-500% so they really aren't losing even if I did overflow my free cup once I got there. The whole point of a loyalty card is to keep customers coming back. I told her I will not be giving her my business anymore and she rudely said, "ok, don't come here anymore" without even batting an eye. I am assuming she is the owner. Clearly, greed is more important to her than keeping customers. read more

This Sweet Frog is anything but sweet. We are from California and have moved to Virginia. We've been to this Sweet Frog now 3 times and it's been terrible all 3 times. We only came this time because we were trying to wait out a flash flood. The ice cream isn't ready and they put the toppings on for you. Sweet Frog is amazing but please avoid this location. read more

So glad this location is still open since most Sweet Frogs I feel like are closing! Been here about 6-7x. The staff here is always friendly and the store is always clean. I find the Sweet Frog in Bailey's Crossroads quite great. They design of the store is very open and has the correct modern yogurt shop look. The topping bar contains all sorts of goods that one should be able to find for what they are craving. Their staff formed with young teens are always nice and represent their job well. The yogurt is undoubtedly delicious, the space is neat and cozy, the staff is great especially compared to other Sweet Frogs, so overall you should have a acceptable experience. read more

I have been here a few times and had the chances to try different flavors. Needless to say, I like them all. Love the wild berry, the pistachio, peppermint. I don't really if I like the self serving because the dispenser could get dirty and messy. I feel a little old for this place. I don't really know what kind of customers they are trying to attract but their logo, color theme, and so sadly the table and chairs are for the little ones. So if you have kids, this is the place. read more

Nice and clean new yogurt store. Plenty of options from the normal vanilla and chocolate to flavors for a more unique palette like angel food cake or peach mango tart. The serve here was quick and I was in and out eating yogurt in 5 min flat. I also really liked that they asked me if I wanted a stamp on a card that eventually gives you a free yogurt. I've been to many of their other locations, but this is the first time someone actually mentioned it. read more
