More than just sweets, this place has an amazing food menu to include sausage bagel melts, a loaded wrap, a grilled cheese selection, and a pretzel club! Their extensive coffee drink menu includes speciality flavors too including seasonal favorites! We had an iced and hot salted caramel latte. It was delicious!! I will be back often! I've come here many times, their desserts are to die for.... I've never had anything off the food menu but there's always a lot of customers coming in to order or to pick-up orders. Crystal the owner is extremely friendly and does most of the cooking and baking herself. They have daily specials which I've been told are great for those days you just don't feel like cooking but want good tasting food. A nice feature they have is that they will delivered to local addresses within a 10 mile radius. Now for the desserts the cheesecakes are my absolute favorite. I've tried just about every flavor variation she makes and the lemon blueberry cheesecake it's the bomb... she uses fresh blueberries that just burst in your mouth, the lemon glaze she adds on top give the cheesecake just an overall complete taste of sweet with tart. It's so good I decided to get a whole lemon blueberry cheesecake for my boyfriends birthday and he absolutely loved it. Oh My Gosh!!! This place is amazing. I cannot say enough about how amazing this place was today. I had a ham and havarti cheese sandwich. Sounds boring but NO!! This sandwich was elevated to a high to did not know a sandwich could reach! I also had a piece of salted Carmel cheesecake. I didn't expect much from the cheesecake but again I was WRONG! Stopped in on a drive home from Urbana on a friend's suggestion. Service was super friendly and fast! The cafe was very clean. Seating available inside and outside. Since it was an unseasonably warm November day, we sat outside. I had the brisket sandwich which was superb! The brisket was seasoned just right and very tender and the bread perfectly toasted and buttery. My brother had the farro salad with steak which he thoroughly enjoyed. My sis in law had the chicken panini which she enjoyed as well. However, the star of the show was the peanut butter pie - silky smooth and definitely hits that sweet tooth! I highly recommend this little cafe located in Gloucester near the court house! read more

Placed order on their new website and it was ready to go when I got there. Fresh turkey sandwich made with Boar's Head meats and cheese with a side of amazing pasta salad. Probably the best pasta salad I've had in 10 years. While being put and about in the courthouse area you can't find better food. Fresh options for soups and sandwiches. Had lunch here yesterday. It was delicious. I had the turkey pesto sandwich, my sister had the roast beef and my mother had the tuna salad and chicken salad. We all cleared our plates. This review is in reference to a cake I had ordered from this business. Originally I called and set up a consult with the cake decorator . I was looking to have a single layer sheet cake made for my husbands retirement. Was scheduled to meet with her at the business at 3pm on a Friday. Was there by 2:50. Went in and said I had an appt for cake consult and she had me sit and went to call the cake decorator I was meeting with. I know this because I heard the phone conversation. She wasn't even there. I waited, and finally she showed up for our 3:00 appt at 3:25. Had pictures of the cake I wanted and she said she could make it just like the picture. She told me a price of 110 "give or take a few because she wasn't sure with the fondant". Okay. So I told her I needed the cake on a certain day and time. The time being 10:00 am. Anyhow. I gave them about a month heads up for this cake. Fast forward to the week I need the cake. I need it Friday at 10:00am. Which was what was agreed upon. I decide to call on Wednesday to make sure everything was good and I wanted a concrete price on the cake. I was told the price would now be 85 plus tax. And then the lady I spoke to asked me if I would resend the picture of the cake I wanted ( which I sent her the pic the day I met with her) because she didn't have my email with the pic anymore. Umm... major concern.... since we are less than 2 days from needing the cake were they going to call me and ask what the cake was to look like ??? Ok so send her the pic. And reaffirm pickup Friday at 10. Because my faith was subpar at this point. Now we are at Friday : day of picking up the cake . It is 940 and my phone rings. I answer. The lady says ... I'm from sweet tooth parlor and we are making you something... ( yea that something out be called a cake )when are you planning on picking it up? I stated to her that I was picking it up at 10:00 am like we originally planned. She says okay and ends the conversation . We go to pick it up and walk in at 9:54. I tell the waitress that I'm the 10:00 cake pick up. Her response ..." well, is it 10 yet? You're going to have to have a seat cause it ain't done yet." Seriously I'm picking up a cake and I get there a few minutes early and get an attitude for being a couple minutes early. I assumed the cake would have been done before LAST MINUTE. The cake decorator had come out and said something about the fondant not working in weather and that's why it was up to last minute cause it was hard to do. The cake itself was good. It was pretty darn near to what the picture was that I had shown her. So that's the plus. People were pleased with the taste of the cake itself. However.... from being late to a scheduled consult and the absolute rude interaction at time of pickup I will likely use another bakery for future needs. So bottom line ... cake was good , and for price I'd say real good. However lack of professionalism and rudeness of staff on an already stressful day makes me not going to use them in future business. Cake gets the 3 stars only. read more

I just recently used Sweet Tooth Cafe and Bakery for my wedding cupcakes this past weekend. I emailed with (I'm assuming) one of the owners who was very sweet. I had gone up there once to get some cupcakes before I officially hired them. They were super delicious!! The cupcakes at my wedding were simple (which was what I wanted) but so very yummy!
