The onion dip disappeared so fast it was as if it was the only appetizer at the event. The tarts melted in my mouth. The carrot cake I purchased for my daughter who was also attending could not have been lighter or more flavorful and was appealing to the eye. I never heard from them. I called, left a voicemail. I never heard back. In a panick I started looking up new bakeries in the area. I called about 10 places, including Charlene, and she was the only one to reach back out. She met with us the day of the wedding to give us the cupcakes and they were perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. My boyfriend requested to have some Halloween ones included and she was more than happy to make them. The wedding guests kept complimenting how delicious the cupcakes were. They were perfect. I wish I would've gotten a picture. Hopefully once the wedding pictures come back I'll be able to upload one. Charlene went above and beyond for us. I can't thank her enough.

I will admit I was initially overwhelmed by the immense amount of options this store has, however the employees were very kind and walked me through the menu taking into consideration the flavors that I like and offering me some tailored reccomendations, which was greatly appreciated. I ended up ordering a under the sea refresher (Blue Blast, Tropical and Pina Colada flavors) and an Oreo protein waffle. My partner ordered a Chunky Monkey Shake. The refresher was not my favorite, I surprisingly found it to be thick and have an almost underlying salty taste. The shake had a much better flavor and was way more enjoyable, the employees let us know that the shake and the waffle both serve as meal replacements. The waffle blew me away, it was absolutely delicious and truthfully kept me full for half the day, I was pleasantly surprised. While I most likely won't return for the drinks, the waffle is something I definitely would come back for. It's worth noting that White Oak Nutrition is an Herbalife Nutrition Club, so the products come from the Herbalife line and that business operates under a multi-level marketing (MLM) model. That said, I was not pressured to buy into anything beyond what I had ordered and the service and taste of the products was worthy enough of a good review. I'd recommend doing more research on the quality of the products but I will definitely be back to get a pick-me-up treat once in a while.
