Like many 1 stars in the reviews, been going to Sweet tomatoes for over 10 years and was always satisfied. One of our favorite pizzas. Lately tho, something happened. Last couple of visits the pizza was not the best and service was spotty. Tonite however was the worst. Waited at the pick up window for over 5 mins. Workers ignored me until the 1 person (I guess) was able to finish with counter customers before he could attend to me. Brought wrong pizza and the said ours wasn't ready yet. Waited another 5 minutes and went inside where the same cashier took pizza out of oven, threw in box and rudely handed to me. Pizza was undercooked, crust was soggy and stuck to bottom of box (the familiar seasoning that used to get on your hands messy wasn't there this time?). All to say, we will not be going back. I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce half pepperoni half linguistic and we'll done and a bud light beer . When I got the beer it was expired and was skunked . I talk to them about it and they offered me another . Which was also expired . All of them were expired . But she never discarded them and continued to serve other patrons the same beer . When I got my pizza it was wrong and raw . I kindly asked if they could cook it longer , but the owner with an attitude brought the pizza back to the table with an attitude. Do yourself a favor and drive by -Food is gross. I've eaten pizza in gas stations, airports, school cafeterias, and tiny hole-in-the-wall shops--and somehow this was the worst pizza experience of my life. From the first bite, it was clear that quality and customer service are not priorities here. The pizza was disappointing, the order was handled poorly, and the staff's response made an already bad experience even worse. Instead of trying to make things right, they acted as though customer satisfaction didn't matter. It's rare for a restaurant to make me say I'd never come back, but this one accomplished that with ease. Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the wasted meal. I've been getting Sweet Tomatoes pizza for a couple of years now and my family and I have really loved them. Today, however, was just the opposite. The pizza was terrible. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and it seemed to only have pepperoni and a little bit of sausage. Other parts of the pizza seemed to only be dough. Terrible. Parts of the Hawaiian pizza only seemed to be dough as well. My son in law picked up the pizzas and he said he only saw one person working and another person came out of the restroom to help right when he was leaving. Just arrived into Sandwich for two week stay. We needed to order out. Two large pizzas, one small gluten free, two greek salads...$95. All of the items were wrong, absolute bs. We waited an 1.5 hrs. I was working in the area and after work i decided to stop and eat something before heading back home to springfield ma. Im glad i did stop here at this place, i order a large pepperoni pie and the lady started making it. The pizza was thin the slices were big, the cheese and the sauce was delicious with a few tomatoes chunks. I took a few slices back home and later that night my wife pre heated them and she even made a comment of how good the pizza was. The only thing i would have change was the pizza had no crust but thats not a deal breaker for me here since the pizza was that good. If you in the area and looking for a good pie try this place. Next time im back there i will deff hit this place again and maybe buy an extra pie to take home ( the pizza here in Springfield Ma is trash i lost hope out here) read more

We purchased two specialty pizzas and two large salads (caesar and garden). All was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Restaurant was clean, organized, and staff were all busy. Pizza crust is the thin style but nice and chewy rather than brittle. Service was counter- based and prompt. Easy on and off road with ample parking. Solid value for money. We ordered from here for pickup on July 4th, and while I appreciate that they were open on a holiday serving up the pies, the pizza was pretty awful. My dad loves this place I'm in town from New Hampshire called up and asked for a delay on the making of the pizza because we were a bit away and what do you know! Devin did a great job. Only request would be that they add more salads/side options but I wouldn't drop a star over it. I immediately called back and asked her why she just hung up and that I didn't know what to do with that. No apology. She repeated my order as though I was a nuisance for calling back to be sure we were on the same page. Apparently they don't know how to be polite or thank their customers.
