Amazing jalapeño cheddar pull apart ($5). They gave me the wrong kind of hand pie ($5), cherry instead of apple but it was nice. Located in the building next to the ferry. Good variety of caffeinated drinks and pastries.

stopped by starbucks at the tsawwassen ferry terminal on a bright golden afternoon that felt more…read morelike early spring than winter. sunlight streamed through the tall windows, reflecting off the water and casting everything in a soft, cinematic glow. travellers moved in gentle waves, rolling suitcases, quiet chatter, the low hum of boarding announcements, that familiar pre ferry buzz of excitement that makes you feel like you are already on your way somewhere. ahhh, that first sip feeling. i ordered my usual, an iced matcha latte with oat milk and strawberry cold foam, and it was exactly what the moment called for. the matcha was smooth and gently earthy, with that mellow grassy depth that lingers just enough. the oat milk softened the edges, adding a creamy roundness without overpowering the tea. but the strawberry cold foam made it memorable. creamy, airy, and softly sweet with a subtle tartness, it brought a bright berry finish that felt indulgent without being too heavy. as it slowly melted into the matcha, the flavours blended beautifully, each sip beginning with cool creamy strawberry before settling into that calm green tea base. refreshing, layered, and just a little decadent. there is something about sipping an icy drink while the sun sparkles on the water that elevates the entire experience. sometimes it is not just about what is in the cup, but the setting, the light, the quiet anticipation in the air. and in that moment, it was exactly what i needed.

Very long wait times due to long weekend crowds.. the safest bet at the ferry terminalread more

In a time of needing a place to sit and chat in the shade, and all places are closed, what does one…read moredo? one finds this awesome little hidden gem of a cafe, grabs a snack and a drink and sits under the parasol. Although sunny that day, the temperature was rather cool. The staff there were very accommodating and turned on the big heater for us to talk in the warmth. It was a great little office space outside, where business transactions could be accomplished. As you enter the premises, you are greeted by Phil the Tip Jar, a very cute play on words which makes it hard to not give in, and fill the tip jar. Now about the food... no complaints here. I got exactly what I expected... a healthy tasty light meal. I got the avocado toast which even came with sprouts on top to make it feel and taste healthier. My drink was delicious as well, though it's not hard to make tea :) the price is not bad at all for the quality. the ambiance is homey and comfortable. definitely felt at home. I will come back and drag any friend with me to this place.

This newly developed area is absolutely beautiful and is a great spot to spend your weekend with family, friends, and/or your fur babies. The café is clean and spacious with ample seating inside and outside. I ordered a latte and their last slice of carrot cake, the latte was fairly priced and standard but their carrot cake was WOW, so delicious! It was the perfect combination of moist carrots, nuts and a generous double layer of cream cheese frosting, yum. I'm definitely eager to explore more of their menu items in the future and will be back to try more!

Ordered avocado toast I waited 20 mins for them to tell me there was no bread my matcha latte was cold. There items are insanely over priced for how bad some of the food/drinks are. I paid 7$ for one croissant plus a 9$ drink. The ambiance is OK it has a few tables it is very awkward sitting in there definitely not my favourite place. It does get a bit annoying when you go with a friend or family member and you get a table and one of you have to sit on the wooden bench. I DO NOT recommend giving anymore money to this café.
