The only difference between a large late and a small late, is more milk, well that's a caffeine junkies disappointment. Maybe it's because they were busy before close, but they didn't seem to be to happy to be there and they missed the target on my order 3 times. The coffee was good, just missed expectations. One last thing, maybe they should trying calling out names rather than orders. No one seemed to know who's coffee was who's.

    Best sandwiches ever.

Best sandwiches ever. I don't know if it's the aioli, the bread, or the arugula, but I have had to rethink my scale of perfection. We had the chicken cutlet and the roast beef and came back later in the week to try the rest of the menu. Every last one was stellar.

stopped in for a quick bite to eat on our way up to the 'Notch. Great location right off the highway. Parking was tough on the main road but there is a municipal lot right around the corner. My group got: everything bagel and a sesame bagel with lox: more like a lox sandwich, $7 was a pretty good price for what we got, had a lot of capers. Yogurt parfait: 3/5 stars, the homemade granola was a little too chewey and threw off the consistency of the parfait. club richmond (hold the mayo): great flavor all around. The chicken was tender and delicious, the bacon was thick and flavorful, the pickles were a nice touch.

    "Chocolate Cake" Cupcake

Their spinach cheese biscuit is delicious. This has been my lunch on more than one occasion. However, the poppy seed muffin and blueberry muffin are really dry. The chocolate cake cupcake looked gorgeous, but the cake portion was a bit dry and crumbly. The frosting was a bit too dense, was expecting something fluffier. Overall flavor was good, just a few things that could've made it perfect.

Food is really good but they have bad hours which make it very hard to ever actually go. Too busy on weekends to consider going as well

The treats are good. My matcha latte was lukewarm. Worlds smallest bagels. Wish they opened earlier

Always well worth the wait, food and service is unbeatable. Scones and bagels are the best.

By the time I left this place around lunchtime I felt like I was part of the family. My three hour visit included a blueberry corn muffin, red pepper chicken risotto soup served with a fresh croissant, and coffee. All for $9. (note: cash only). The soup and croissant knocked my socks off. I had visions of Oliver Twist slurping up stew and saying, "please sir, I want some more sir." Mmm....just thinking about it now warms my stomach. Note: this place is no frills. Waterbury offers free community wifi but it can be spotty in this location. The charm of this place is definitely the outdoor patio and fact that you have to stroll through an alley to find it. Double note: they sell breads, gingersnap cookies, croissants and a few other baked treats. The owner told me that he has been operating via wholesale for years but just recently opted to open up for a mini café section. Hallelujah.

More akin to a breakfast panini, the gooey fluffy egg and cheese, crunchy bacon, and bright onions were perfectly supported by two slices of crunchy, crusty toasted sourdough. Such great flavor! The iced maple latte was a bit on the sweet side but still very much enjoyed it. TBD on the scone, but judging by how busy it was, it is gonna be great! Service: Friendly group passionate about what they do! Ambiance: Small town, comfortable bakery where I assume all the netizens gather.

It's always been busy when I've gone, but wait times aren't very long and the staff is pleasant. Needless to say, I got home and inhaled my turkey on a baguette. The only thing I think is a little bit of a bummer is the lack of more "traditional" topping options. I like my sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and onion. The cafe does not offer tomatoes and only has pickled onions. Would be nice to have a little more choice when building your own sandwich. That said, I'm still a big fan and would get food from there again in a heartbeat.
