However, despite taking our order on a device, she asked us multiple times to confirm our drink sizes, whether they were hot or cold, etc. Then, a second employee came out and asked us if we wanted straws... something we had literally been asked about maybe two minutes earlier. Normally, I'm extremely understanding when a business is busy and orders get mixed up. But we were the only car there. There was no one in front of us or behind us, so I'm not really sure how our order was still getting confused after being confirmed so many times and entered into a device. And somehow, the drink sizes were STILL wrong. The matcha was the biggest disappointment. I could immediately tell by the color that something was off. It was this cloudy, grayish-turquoise color, and unfortunately, it tasted about as bad as it looked. The breakfast sandwich was also disappointing because it was essentially a Jimmy Dean sandwich. I hate giving a local business one star because I know how much that can hurt, and I really wanted to like this place.
