The website site noted it should take 1hr and 30min (yes I know it's an estimate) but the whole thing lasted ONLY 40min. There was no Hi/Hello or even confirmation of what I was getting (Helen). She was more interested in the conversations going in around her than her customer. After she cut the nails, she didn't clean under them for all the possible dust/shavings (which there were some when I did it in my car), she gave me a hand massage ON TOP of the cut nails (she didn't clear the towel). At the end all she said was "finished". Overall a very poor experience and would not recommend to anyone.

I even showed photos of my previous set as a reference, but the nail tech still couldn't recreate it. I was told it's a language barrier... but i showed reference photos. She got annoyed and gave up. My Google Translate was working overtime. So I know everything that was said.... Which was also disappointing. Don't talk smack about the customers in another language and assume they don't understand or have translating devices. After attempting it four different times, she gave up and got irritated and had the owner take over.. then the owners wife or manager idk. I'm honestly not sure what the issue was, especially since it was a straightforward design with clear reference photos. I was just calm but upset and just wanted to leave due to the terrible non-relaxing experience. What I requested vs what I received in the photos. I've been here many times. This lady with the thick glasses is not great. I needed to leave and just didn't finish. It took her 45min just to figure out the shape and try to paint... she couldn't. I didn't get the massage or all the "extras". They tried to make it right at the very end but I was already upset and just wanted to leave....

When the look I wanted to not match the picture, they said they needed to add chrome. I was never told of the $12 uncharge. As I was paying, I already noticed bubbles and bumps on my nails. Additionally, I said I wanted pearly white color on my toe nails, similar to my fingers. The lady didn't understand, nodded her head and painted them normal white. On top of everything, there was a loud person on FaceTime basically screaming into her phone the entire time. It was not a customer, maybe a friend of an employee?
