I think the whipped cream on top and what seems like condensed milk was what was suppose to give it that Vietnamese coffee flavor. It is pricey at $7.50 a taco, but many awesome flavors to choose from. Waffle tacos are made fresh in an assortment of colors. And they make the rolled ice cream right in front of you. My kids chose the Rainbow Road taco which was a cream base with crushed fruity pebbles loaded with more sugary goodness on top. I went with Coconut Delight - cream base with coconut shreds and topped with some chocolate and caramel sauce. Both were delicious! The workers are patient and helpful. The decor is simple, yet cute. It looked visually appealing, but actually eating it was a pain. I tried to take one bite the way you would a normal taco... and immediately regretted it. So to a spoon I went.
