This was my first time at their new location. They didn't have any lemon bars so I was a bit disspointed. They are practicing social distancing and they make te froyo for you. I got some cake

Yum! Toppings on toppings on toppings!

Update: It's still not good. Tried the Pink Lemonade cupcake and it also wasn't good. Cupcake was dry and the frosting tasted like butter cream with a bad lemon after taste. I tried the Cake Batter and Mango Sunrise and was not satisfied from beginning to end. I've had their froyo a couple times when they first opened and remember it being pretty good for a place in Pullman. I moved back to Pullman about 2 years ago and haven't had a chance to drop in. This time around the Cake Batter froyo tasted like cool whip and had weird buttery after taste. And the mango sunrise was okay but it was more sour than sweet. Also the consistency of the froyo was a little off. And last but not least they didn't have almonds for toppings and the fruit didn't look very appetizing. I'm hoping this was just a bad day to get froyo because like I said I remember it being much better than today...

I'm only reviewing the froyo since I haven't had any of the cupcakes yet. Might go back to try those someday. For the froyo: The original tart flavor was ehhh, both color and taste were off. You normally can't really go wrong with the original tart, but they did unfortunately =( If i come back, i'll be trying the cupcakes.

    So much yumminess!

I love froyo and I'm so glad that a place opened up in Pullman, although now I need to fight my froyo cravings and limit them somewhat so that I don't go broke! One of the things I really like about Sweet Mutiny is that they involved with the school. For the first WSU game of the season they had a deal for Cougs representing the school and they're also doing a deal day for the 30 Days of Pullman. (September 16, buy one get one free! Not going to miss that!) They also show the games on their TVs. The froyo selection hasn't changed too much since school started in August but it's been less than a month, I'm hoping they'll shuffle a couple new flavors in to try out. They have a pretty good selection of froyo with a couple sorbet options. They actually had one of my favorite flavors EVER at the end of last school year (end of April/May), pomegranate-raspberry, which I hope will make an appearance again. They have a good selection of dry toppings and fresh fruit. They also have a can of whip cream to utilize and a fresh baked goods to use as toppings. Their fruit selection can sometimes look super syrupy and a little mashed which is a little deterring but they have a pretty good selection. Then there's the cupcakes. I've never actually had a cupcake there, I usually get too caught up in the froyo, but I hear good things.

This place is not good. I will not be going back. I bought 6 cupcakes, 2 cake pops..... The lack of flavor and in every item was highly disappointing.

Nothing special. Small selection, dry cupcakes, free water cups are the size for infants.

I really like the froyo here! The variety of flavors and toppings are great. I like the cheese cake and kiwis the best :)

The cheapest place to get cans of Cougar Cheese…read more Their hours are limited but we sometimes manage to stop by. Sometimes I get ice cream but usually I'm there to get a small bag of Cougar Cheese or cans of it to give to friends/family we plan to visit. They're $30 per can there (last I checked) and normally $40+ anywhere else (even in Pullman). I often feel like I'm remembering the price incorrectly so I try to pay check on it (both at Ferdinand's and at random stores). I think I saw cans "on sale" for about $50 at a grocery store in Redmond, WA once. They also ship the cheese cans during the colder months but online they're currently $33 (per 30 oz can) + shipping. Tip: WSU's Sensory Science Center is super close by and often needs panelists for food and beverage (including alcohol) studies. They usually thank participants with Ferdinand's gift cards (usually $5-10 but sometimes more) so most of our visits are immediately after participating in a study. They don't have panelist studies every day/week so it's best to get on their email list.

Pretty fun history with this place. Amazing prices with a single scoop coming about $3 (2026 prices!). Staff is friendly. Huckleberry ice cream is very good. A fun destination on a trip for sure!
