The yogurt itself also tasted off to us , almost sour with a strange chemical taste so we didn't really enjoy it. On top of that, it was surprisingly expensive. It cost $22 just for the two of us to get yogurt. There was also no one behind the counter when we came in, so we had to wait for someone to come out and help us. For the price, I expected a much cleaner environment, better-tasting yogurt, and better service. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be returning.

The employee was helping someone else and steered me to the kiosk. I was using one of my rewards and I told her. She advised that redeeming rewards works better on the app. I stood and stared at the display of choices. I stood there so long that she asked me if I needed assistance. I was just struggling to decide. I asked the woman ahead of me what she recommended. She said good old chocolate chip or s'more. I went with the s'more, ordered through my app and a minute later I was walking out the door with my fresh cookie. Pretty easy. I had a few other stops to make but when I got home my cookie was still fresh and crunchy. It was chocolatey goodness. I need to check the flavors more often. They are so good.
