    Strawberry and peanut butter cheesecakes

The cheesecake slices simply don't worth $9 a piece. My family came here after lunch looking for some sweet treats, only found the cheesecake to be extremely heavy and sweet. It's probably why they are more expensive, but still, way overpriced. To be frank, we didn't enjoy them and we couldn't even finish them. Not even with a large amount of water and tea. I do feel bad for giving a low rating because the owner was quite friendly. But I am just sharing my honest opinion and anyone who do not love really heavy dessert should save their $9 for the piece.

Went twice so far...here goes nothing. They have okay cheesecake nothing to blow your mind. I felt for $8 a slice, it should've being bigger and tastier than it actually was. They're drinks are $3 each and they are much better than the cheesecake but still a bit pricey for what you get. The store is tiny, if you want to go to relax and chill don't go when they're busy, it just won't work. Given this place's limited space they will almost always be congested in a load and noisy atmosphere. On my last visit they almost asked us to leave so they could make room for other customers coming in. Overall this place is good, but not great. For the premium pricing of their menu but not so stellar accommodation, they got an average rating.

Bit pricey for cheesecake but I'll pay it all day! OMFG best dessert ever. For a celiac, trapped in a world of fruit salad or ice cream desserts this is a hella treat! They are so good, and staff is really gluten aware I really feel OK ordering from them. Took a friend (vegan and GF, poor darling!) For cheesecake celebrations on her birthday. And the staff didn't disappoint. She had vegan GF chocolate raspberry and I had gluten free double chocolate brownie. When they delivered the goodies to us they had lit a candle for her (so cute) and she got to have a real awesome birthday cake! Thanks for being fab and helping out the GF folks. We love sweet hereafter!

I've been here a couple of times and tried a couple different cheesecakes. If you like less rich cheese cake I suggest the chocolate amaretto & the Neapolitan! The overall atmosphere is calm, and it's a great place to just come and enjoy some awesome cheesecake!

There are times when I love Yelp (okay those times are pretty much from 12a - 11:59p on a daily basis but stick with me on this train of thought). Times like yesterday when my wife and I were hankering for something sweet to partake in and not sure where to go. I turned to my trusty yelp mobile app and typed in the word "dessert"... Oh dear Yelp Mobile App how you were so good to us as you directed us to this delicious place the "Sweet Hereafter". The first thing I noticed on the yelp page was Ben's review and since I am sort of crushed out on this manly goodness after my first cashmob I knew that if Ben loved this place, then so would my wife and I. We were not disappointed. We decided to ditch the car and walk the 1.2 miles (or 1.9 km for my Canadian friends) over to Quinpool (because when you are going to eat cheesecake/cupcakes you really should walk to help burn off the calories). Here are some of things I love about Sweet Hereafter: 1. The decor: fun fun fun....oh and fun! 2. The photobooth: I could have stayed there for quite a bit trying on all the different costume combination and having my picture taken. Talk about an instagram party! 3. The service: granted we went very early in the after so not too many people to contend with (in fact, we were all alone) but I suspect that if the place was packed they would be just as friendly. 4. The cupcakes: Confession - we knew that we were going to share one for the walk back but we couldn't decide on which one so we got all three that they were offering. Pink, Red and Chocolate (I'm not very good at remembering the flavors)! All delicious and the perfect size for sharing! 5. The cheesecake: We were hoping that we would be able to get a slice of the peanut butter / chocolate but that was not being served at the moment (oh darn another reason to go back!). Instead my wife opted for the chocolate raspberry while I went with a slice of triple berry. After waiting for the first sugar buzz to dissipate we grabbed our forks and took part in the cheesecakeryOMGness. I'm not much of a cheesecake person but after having a slice from the Sweet Hereafter, you can bet I will go back again and again... After a lot of walking of course! Oh and if you needed another reason to check this place out, they offer gluten free and vegan delicacies... seriously people, this is a must try place!

I don't even know what to say except that I will come here again and again. It was the most amazing cheesecake experience, honestly. Also as someone who is dairy free, the vegan chocolate raspberry cheesecake was just as delicious as any dairy cheesecake that I can remember having. The restaurant is the most chic and adorable place ever, the staff are so friendly, and even though the price is high, the cake and tea and worth it. Ten on ten recommend!

Peanut butter chocolate, very good but cookies and cream is better

Nice spot for a late snack or after dinner desert. The service isn't too intense, they have a glass case full of available cakes (~8 at a time) where you order and they bring it to you shortly after, so it stays pretty intimate with who you're with with few interruptions. The decor is pleasant and comfortable for the most part, but a few tables have awkward height differences between the tables and chairs. The cost is similar to a desert an average restaurant and is well worth it. Both the taste and presentation was very good. Ps milk is a must, and they don't skimp on the tall glass

Stopped in tonight to see what everyone has been raving about. I don't even really like cheesecake very much but figured I should at least give it a try so I could write a Yelp review (ha ha). I got the Red Velvet cheesecake ($8) which was red velvet cake on top of vanilla cheesecake. It was good. Usually I find red velvet cake has an odd taste, but this was actually the highlight of my dessert. My son had a chocolate caramel cupcake ($3.25) which he devoured, and I brought home a piece of Oh Henry cheesecake ($8) for the other half, which he loved. The service was lovely and prompt, and the inside of this place is somehow funky and elegant at the same time. They had gluten free and vegan options in the cooler as well. It's a little pricey and given the fact that I'm just not much of a cheesecake girl (though this was awesome) I will be back for special occasions but not on a regular basis.

Spotted on for the first time tonight and was surprised to hear live music and a relaxed atmosphere. We were shown to the display cabinet to make our selection and then relaxed in some comfy lounge chairs. I was apprised at the cost of the cheesecake and coffee ordered, but it's comparable in price to desert at a nice restaurant, but with better quality and selection.

I live right across the street from Sweet Hereafter.... which is both good and bad for me and the money in my pocket. If I had the chance, I would live in the restaurant forever. Yes, that's how good it is. The decor is amazing and I absolutely love that it's family owned and operated. And I love that the chef will come out and talk to you about the flavours and if you're enjoying the food. He's always looking for insight and suggestions. I absolutely love that there are vegan options there, as well as gluten-free options. If you're trying to impress someone, seriously listen to me and head on to Sweet Hereafter, you won't regret that decision at all!

Showed up 15min prior to close, staff greeted me politely and were helpful. Bought two single slices: cookies and cream and s'mores. Big pieces of cheesecake. Like twice the size of a restaurant serving. Both flavours were distinct and delicious. The sliced were nicely packaged and I was really happy. Except for the fact it came to 18 fu*kin dollars. I'm serious. Eighteen bucks for two pieces of cake. And then the place imposed the option to tip as well. For a take out order. Seriously overpriced. Sobeys cheesecakes were better and those guys were 8.99 per cake.

Umm...I'm pretty much in love. Not only do you get the great VEGAN and GLUTEN free options but its also so light you don't feel like you ate your weight with just one piece. The staff are awesome, so creative, up for suggestions and might use you as a guinea pig once in a while (pft who wouldn't want to be one for cheesecake?!) I plan on crossing each cheesecake off my list, even if my waistline has to suffer for it!

My husband and I shared the buffalo wings and I got the chicken Caesar wrap, both very flavorful and filling. We had been traveling all day so we needed a hearty meal. It's a small restaurant with a few tables for dine in. Staff was friendly and the menu is big. They have coffee too. Try it!!

I recently popped into RFM with some family to try it out for the first time and we were not…read moredisappointed! Their menu is fun and approachable, with the same sort of things that you'd see on many casual restaurant menus - burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, bowls and poutines - but done with their in-house vegan products. I'm not sure if their breakfast sandwich is just a weekend thing (it's not on the menu on their website), but I was keen to see what that was like. We posted up at a counter along the street-side windows to people watch, although there is a bit more seating further inside (you don't seem to see pics of it here or on Google, but there is more seating than for just four people!). My niece and nephew both got the donair. It was actually their first one ever, real meat or Real Fake, and they seemed quite happy! I appreciated the flavour profile and the crisp edges of RFM's facsimile of Nova Scotia's famous mystery meat. My wife went for the Curly Fries Supreme, which utilizes classic McCain curly fries. Getting the deep fryer treatment, they're *much* better than being done in an oven at home. All the more so when so generously topped with cheeze sauce, "sour cream", tomatoes, green onion and seitan "bacon". Banana peppers made an added appearance for a nice little punch. I very quite pleased with my breakfast sandwich (and side of au naturel curly fries). The vegan sausage patty had an herby hit to it, and the cheeze slice was ooey gooey and pleasantly salty. I'm not sure what the "egg" was, but it was a little on the soft side, with the white falling apart; I'm not sure if that's to do with its inherent structure or its cooking. A small quibble on a great sandwich though! I love what RFM is doing and they're doing a helluva job at it!
