The staff were warm and friendly to the white customers ahead of me--offering free samples and complimentary ribbon wrapping. When it was my turn, their tone shifted completely. They were cold, dismissive, and visibly uninterested in helping me. My questions were met with rudeness, no samples were offered, and I was told I'd have to pay for ribbon wrapping. It felt like I was unwelcome simply because of my skin color. Unacceptable and disheartening in this day and age.

We bought a box of 20 pieces and it retailed for 23 dollars. After we got home, we ate one each after dinner and we were both blown away! The texture is just amazing and it was very well balanced with the whisky. The store was very clean but maybe a tad bit too dark. The staff was friendly. All chocolates are packed with an ice pack and once you purchase, you have to put it in the fridge within 5 hours. We were informed that the chocolates are good for one month store in the fridge.
