The pricing of the candy isn't too bad. We had their truffles and raisins. I really enjoyed the sugar free chocolate raisins. I'd definitely get it again. The truffles were good. Went in today 5/29/26, me and my friend were grabbing some candy, and we went up to the cash register, Carmen was checking us out, and she turns to my friend who was wearing a New York hoodie and she looks and says "what does that even mean" in the sassiest tone, and my friend just laughed it off because it was so insanely awkward, Carmen THEN GOES, "I have to tell you something, You have something gigantic in your teeth" mind you, it was the smallest thing ever and Carmen goes "Did you eat beans or something?". HOW RUDE. CARMEN, THEN TURNS TO ME, AND SAYS "That's so embarrassing as a friend because you didn't say anything" Mind you, i didn't even see anything in my friends teeth, because i don't go around inspecting peoples teeth. Quality needs major improvement. Depends on what you purchase. I purchased a prepackaged of licorice all sorts. Upon opening the smell alone told you it's bad. The best by date is 3/6/2026 but it's hard to tell if the 6 is. 0 or a 6. Again the smell and appearance tells me it's a 20. It's 2/2025 as I write this. Bin candy at $18.95 a pound is a hit and miss as far as freshness goes. We bought a truffle from the display case and again quality was not good. The truffle was so hard the chocolate just broke like brittle. I won't be returning to the what looked like a fun and sweet store. Service was ok. read more

Super fun little candy shop on the first floor of Bellevue Square! I popped in trying to look for caramel apples after watching Hocus Pocus 2, but unfortunately they only carry those online. While I was there, I had to try a couple of other goodies and ended up getting a small selection of assorted gummies and some rice krispy treats. The gummies were fantastic but the treats were very mediocre and stale (though very creative!), fortunately they were buy 1 get 1 free. This place is adorable though and I will be back to try some of their fun flavored cotton candy. read more

Lolli and Pops is a super cute candy shop/chain commonly found in malls. Honestly, I didn't give them a second thought for many months after they opened because their prices are quite high. But over time, they grew on me. The store is cute, and the staff is happy. I guess you kind of have to be happy to serve folks in a candy store. Their selection covers typical gummy candies, some international treats, specialty flavor cotton candies, and some high end chocolates though those selections have diminished of late. My favorite treats are those at the chocolate bins: mint cookie chocolate malt balls, double-dipped dark chocolate malt balls, dark chocolate covered toffee with almond bits. Bonus Points: - Sign up to be a member and you get one pound of 10-flavors gummy bears for free! - When you're a member, you get a giant rice crispy treat called Crispy Dream for free! read more

I've visited Lolli and Pops twice now, once right before Halloween for some early Christmas shopping, and once just last week. I was blown away at my first trip by the enormous wall of specialty chocolate bars. The variety of flavors, sizes, and prices was such that I was able to find different flavors for each person on my list! Additionally, I was offered free little gift boxes for all of the Lolli and Pops brand bars. Unfortunately, since October, they've severely cut the amount of chocolate bars they carry. Instead of five or six brands, there were maybe two, and the flavors weren't as interesting. However, I was able to find more chocolates in fun flavors spread across the store in their floor displays. I wish Lolli and Pops was closer - I would definitely frequent this store. read more

I love this candy stop! The idea of bringing the cute little jars back to refill rather than create more plastic bag waste is so inventive! Um wow. Lolli and Pops have the most delicious rice crispy treats, and I'm not even one to typically like rice crispy treats! The S'mores crispy cake is a "campfire combination of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate surrounded by marshmallowy rice crispy cake." Holy cow, the layer of melted marshmallow in the middle is the perfect chewy. The graham cracker is a fun surprise. And the chocolate is perfectly melted. This is an amazing store! I can spend hours going around and looking at all the candies and chocolates available here. If I was younger, I would spend a fortune here. But now I need to limit my sugar intake.. the chocolate that is called iced pops or something like that was pretty good. I love the Chuao line of chocolates, pretty awesome flavors! The one star I deducted was because the staff here for some weird reason won't give me a paper tote bag. They only put my chocolates in a plastic bag. There is one place that this type of store remind me of: VEGAS. The cleanliness. The brightness. The blend of colors. The candy theme. You just see this type of store in Vegas such as the Wynn or Encode or even In Disneyland. The employees are ultra nice. The presentation of product perfectly executed. It's like a parade of "come n get me" lil sweeties everywhere. It has all the decadent sins that your tongue explodes for. From truffle love to a wide assortment of sour patch strands to macaroons to chocolates and cool beverages. You just feel like there should be a hot yet cool oasis the moment you step out the store. I'm a pretty happy person and i get that sometimes it can be a little much, but as i was working and walking i said hello to my friend, which i guess was too loud for the shorter older guy with the long hair, because he proceeded to say "f*** you" in a loud enough voice for me to hear and when i said i heard him, he said "i hope so." this man is never in a good mood and his customers don't appreciate it, and i certainly do not appreciate his bad mood leading him to say "f*** you" to me. If you have a sweet tooth, you have to check out Lolli and Pops. The inside is reminiscent of a French boutique. Everything is immaculately displayed to make you want everything. And they have pretty much have everything having to do with sugar, like chocolates, gum, Japanese candies, cookies and old school candies. If you're a gummy fan like me, they have an extensive assortment gummy bears and gummies. They have so many unique flavors (rosé, champagne, mango), varieties (chocolate covered, sour, minis) and they are always fresh. I'm getting diabetes just thinking about this place. BEST DEAL - They have a mason jar that is $15 to fill up the first time. When you come back refills are $5 for as much as you can stuff in the jar. This place is pretty freaking amazing! They have a fabulous selection of candy that you load into a small plastic bag and then purchase by weight which gives you the opportunity to try many different things. They also have a selection of novelty candies, imported candy bars, classic candy items, hard to find sodas and beverages, and a variety of premium candy creation that are made in house. If you have a sweet tooth, you will be a very happy person from the moment you walk in the door. The layout of the store is pretty spacious although they fill almost every nook and cranny with some type of items you can buy as well as a selection of containers that you can fill to create that perfect gift for family, friends, or co-workers. The staff is very helpful, friendly as can be, and are more than willing to offer samples of anything you might be curious about. The one thing I will note as a drawback is the inflated prices which come along with being a tenant of Bellevue Square, but other than that, this should be a must visit location any time you are in the mall. read more

Update: they have raised prices since my original review. To refill the jar is now $9. I was not very happy that my original purchase was not grandfathered into the price hike. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place at the mall and started sampling some gummy bears. We have honestly never had gummy bears so soft, fresh, and delicious before that we had to buy some candy. They have different flavors that you could never get anywhere else. I am definitely a chocolate person so that's when you know this candy was good stuff. We were looking at their jars and they have a deal where if you buy a jar for $15.50 then you get to keep it forever and refill the jar whenever you want for $7. We have been back a couple times since and will continue coming back to get our sugar fix. There is all types of gummy bears, sour rings/ropes, gummies, chocolate, etc. to choose from to fill your jThis is a great program to get people to come back in for a great deal. They have different size jars as well and you can stuff it full with as much candy OR chocolate as you can fit. Fun place for us to go every now and then! read more

Danger! Danger! Danger! Danger! If you are in ANY way watching your weight or your sugar intake, do not - I repeat, DO NOT - venture into this alluring, mesmerizing, Venus-fly-trap-esque ruse. Do not kid yourself that you "only want to look". Do not kid yourself that you "only want to see sweets from around the world. How interesting!". Do not kid yourself that you "only need to pick up a gift for [fill in the blank]". Do not kid yourself that you "only want to check out the pretty displays/pretty colors/uplifting expressions painted on the walls/enticing store lay-out and design/etc., etc., ad.nauseum....". You have been forewarned. I admittedly fell into the trap. Once in the store, I defy you to extricate yourself quickly or easily - or without purchasing anything. Like shrewd drug dealers, the smiling employees here will offer you samples of delectable chocolates and caramels and gummies and otherworldly sweets and, just like that, you are hooked and have to buy. If you linger an extra nanosecond too long over one of the many bulk candy bins, you will be offered a sample and, again, you are hooked. And oh! how friendly and innocent the pushers, er, employees are while doling out samples, too! One would never guess their nefarious ulterior motives in plying you with sweets. Do not venture near here if you are already a sugar junkie or are on the wagon. Do not venture near here if you are hungry. Do not venture near here if you have kids in tow. I've see a few of the same candies from other countries in Cost World Plus for a quarter of the price. But the experience of visiting this store really is unique and fun. I've been going in here for a long while to "browse" and finally bought some items recently. The store is very attractive from the outside, so it's easy to get pulled into the store! Once inside, it is filled with lots of happiness, with a wide range of chocolate display counters, to foreign candies, to beverages. It isn't the cheapest candy store in the world, but then remember, it is in the Bellevue Square shopping mall, so it is already expensive based on that fact alone. I bought some of the truffles lately, and I was a bit hesitant given the prices (I paid $8 for 2 truffles, and a stick of caramel honey) - but once I got them home and ate them I realized how amazing they were, and totally worth the price. There is ALOT of eating in those truffles!! I will definitely indulge more of their truffles, and try out some more of their candies, I hope this business is successful in the mall. read more

Really beautiful store, very aesthetically pleasing (if that's important to you). The prices are definitely inflated- you can go to Rocket Fizz in Capitol Hill or Kirkland and they have a wide variety of interesting candy for a better price. We got a few things in the bulk candy area, despite the ridiculous price. $4 for 1/4 lb of candy. Omg what?? I'm willing to do it once (since obviously, I did it...) but you can also get bulk candy for much cheaper at places like Winco. Of course they do have some interesting varieties here, so that's cool. My boyfriend really liked the lemonade sour belts, and I really liked the gummy watermelon slices. My main disappointment was the rice crispy cakes. They immediately grabbed my eye. But for $5.50? Hmmm, alright I'll take the plunge. SADLY, I didn't really enjoy it. I'd rather have a regular rice krispy treat for far cheaper and it would taste better. I got the fruit cereal flavor, and it just didn't really taste strongly enough for me to care about the novelty. It felt extremely marshmallow-y and was just an odd texture. I stumbled upon this super cute looking candy shop when I was visiting family in Bellevue, I hadn't been here before. I was lured in by the cute colors and displays. They have a huge assortment of candies and treats; definitely not cheap if you get some of their specialty candy bars. I bought one for a friend and I think it was $8. I'm not normally someone who buys candy, but I had a flight to catch, so I figured why not and started to fill up one of the bags with the candy by the pound. I grabbed a few chocolates, different gummy bears I hadn't tried before, just a couple random things. I didn't expect much, to be honest. A couple hours later on my flight I opened up that bag of candy and wow, I was so pleasantly surprised. Some of those candies I picked out were soooo yummy. I had picked out these gummy bears covered in rainbow sprinkles which I think are now my new favorite. So good. Also I got some chocolate covered cookie dough bites and those were pretty yummy too. I don't know if they just source their candy from candy wholesalers, but damn, they were pretty good. I would go back if I lived in Bellevue! read more

I found the candy selection to be average and the prices to be nearly criminal. $15 a pound for vending machine candy you can get at a grocery store for half the price or Amazon for even less. I don't even remember the name of the guy that helped me today, but this was my first time in this store. I was just at the mall for pants, but I'm so glad curiosity forced me in. Usually I feel stalked when I walk into candy stores, but this guy greeted me and made me feel so welcome and showed me around. He even gave me samples. As in more than one. He let me try a dark chocolate hazelnut butter candy bar too. I left there no longer needing a coffee pick me up. I purchased the dark chocolate espresso beans. So so so yum! I'll be going back. I have to start off by saying that I'm on a very restrictive diet that essentially does not allow me to have carbs or sugar, but every month or so, I take a break for a few days. Whenever I do, I MUST go to Lolli and Pops. Not only is this my favorite candy store, it may be my favorite retail establishment period. The focus on the customer experience is matched by very few places. These guys and gals are truly candy consultants that will not only suggest the best candy for your palette, they'll encourage you to try it for yourself. They will open any package to make sure you know what you're getting no matter how exotic or expensive the treat is. I used to frequent the Lynnwood location and it's great too, but I must share a story of an experience I had with Seyoung who I understand recently transferred from the Lynnwood location to become the assistant manager at the Bellevue location. He really made an impression on my friends and I when we came in today. Not only did he remember me from when I used to shop at the Lynnwood location, but he also provided us with the best customer service. I told him I was on one of my diet breaks and he immediately sprung into action to help me maximize my cheat weekend with my favorite snacks. I would ask to try something and he would immediately recommend something else he thought I might like. He'd also suggest some of his favorites which I appreciated because you can get choice paralysis in a place like this. My friends, who had never been there before, were having the time of their life trying all these new sweets. Before long, we had several bags of candy, a gigantic chocolate bar, yards of sour belts, a Stormtrooper PEZ dispenser, and complimentary macarons as a gift from Seyoung to celebrate my cheat weekend. As a person who has worked in client and guest-facing industries for most of my life, I was so happy and impressed. Impressed enough to write this well-deserved review. One of the coolest candy shops I've been to. They have so many options of candy from chocolate to sweets. They also have a variety of truffles and foreign candies. While these are all yummy, my favorite by far is their gummy bear section!! These are no ordinary gummy bears, they have a phenomenal taste. They are made with real flavors and not artificial! My favorites are their watermelon and Mai tai sour gummy bears. Deceptive business practice!!! Tried to charge me over $7+ for this small (less than a handful bag of candy)! Turns out, their scale was off and with nothing on it (after removing my bag of candy) their scale was set to a 1/4 tare weight. (Aka no candy on the scale and you get charged automatically for 1/4 lb.) Poor woman in front of me with 3 kids was so surprised that the small amount of candy they bought was $26!!!! She even asked twice if it was correct because she couldn't believe how much it was. (It looked like they got 3 bags similar to mine) She also had to split her transaction on 2 credit cards (probably because she couldn't afford to put it on one card). How sad. read more
