I like Wendy's style and care. The designs were beautiful! The only downside was so much confusion when I arrived. They kept yelling for some guy who eventually came over to me. Getting cut with salon tools is not just painful, it's a major health and safety risk. I have no idea if that tool was even properly sanitized, which is incredibly alarming. To make matters worse, the staff acted like it was no big deal and barely apologized. Without any explanation, the technician just applied an unknown liquid to the cut. Total lack of professionalism and basic safety protocols. The owner must train their staff to prioritize client safety.
