Literally giving you a plastic divided box is straight out of Whitman Samples play book. Oh and hey don't mix a Carmel with your 9 count box of chocolates those are separate. In the good old days you were able to buy a pound /half whatever of chocolates nope now it's a plastic tray count. The selection is reduced but thankfully they added forever shelf life cotton candy and Necco's...use to really like this place but 0 thought was given to carrying over any atmosphere or creating a new one. Oh well it was good while it lasted.

One of my favorite finds was tucked in the back corner...kind of a hidden gem. They have marked down candy that does not quite meet their quality standards. It might look a little different or vary in size, but it still tastes the same. Totally worth checking out. We picked out a variety to bring to bingo including butter toffee, sea sale caramel, peanut butter cups, and a pecan cluster. Everything was delicious. The store itself was very clean, including the bathrooms, and it smelled amazing from the second we walked in. My only callout is that the employees were not especially friendly. We did visit about 45 minutes before closing, so maybe that played a role, but it was not the warm welcome I had expected. So much so that I felt weird taking photos (which is reflected here). All in all, still a really fun stop and absolutely worth the trip.
