I was polite and flexible with my timeline, but the lack of professionalism and failure to deliver what was requested means I will not be returning nor will recommend this business to anyone. For the reference, I never negotiated the price and gave straight forward instructions to deliver classy arrangement of mostly white roses with some light pink accents and orchids. Attached are photos for illustration of what was delivered for four hundred dollars. This is not the first time we order from an Armenian florist & can tell quality work from sloppy.
