Located in a funky part of town, I enjoyed my TaroTea although it wasn't super hot. Ample seating inside & definitely friendly service! Can try this spot again and choose another flavor for kicks!

I love boba and milk tea, but unfortunately, this was a wasted trip and a waste of money. Customer Service: There was none. When we walked in, a lady just looked at us without a greeting, and throughout the entire ordering process, she didn't say a single word. A simple "hello" goes a long way, and when staff can't even acknowledge customers, it's a clear sign of poor service and an overall bad experience. The Drink: I ordered a taro milk tea, and yikes--it was awful. It tasted like mostly water with some skim milk. There was no taro flavor at all, just a bland, watery mess. It was so disappointing that I had to go to Boba & Bites afterward just to get a decent milk tea. Ambiance: there's a small seating area tucked away in the back. Looked decent. Save yourself the trip and just go to Boba & Bites--it's way better, well-balanced, and actually worth the money.

Love!!!! Always looking for a good milk tea spot & Sweet Dots did not disappoint. Ordering online was very easy, and there is paid street parking right outside. I was able to walk in, let them know the name on my order and be on my way. It was really good and $6.82 for a 24oz Thai MT which is good pricing for what you're getting. The inside of the business is pretty small so I wouldn't plan to sit there after you order though.

Coming from out of town and a place that has numerous boba options, I had a boba craving and came here because it was closest to Centennial Park (where I was). Upon coming in, we were greeted nicely by the staff. The prices were comparable to prices back in Maryland. I was surprised that there were a handful of spots in the area. Anyway, the place is clean and cute. There's a kiosk to order but we just ordered at the register. I had a regular black milk tea and boba. It was pretty solid and the boba texture was good. Behind the counter there's a spacious room to just sit and chill. I wish they'd have games to play while enjoying your boba but it's ok! I still enjoyed sitting and relaxing there. The staff was friendly and the place was overall great. I recommend it! If I am back in the area, I'll be back - especially to try the baked goods.

Cutest staff and delicious bubble tea! They have non dairy milk options for vegans. Very great level of sweetness and perfect chewiness to the boba Indoor space is in the back where you can sit!

Sweet Dots is a cute boba place on Elliston. We walked from Vanderbilt, but there is some street parking (maybe a lot. I'm not sure). The staff is super nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed my Thai Milk Tea. They have very friendly prices. My tea with boba was about $6.50 (I got the larger size). I wish they had a few more flavors, but I'm sure you can find something great. Of course you can customize your drink with topping and sweetness level. There is a seating area in the back of the store. There's about 6 tables with plenty of space. When I went it wasn't too crowded. Overall, cute place. I would definitely visit again.

I absolutely love, sweet dots! the service was very fast and friendly and the Boba texture is perfection. I don't have any complaints about this location at all. I definitely would be a regular if it was closer to me. I got the strawberry Matcha with tapioca Boba and it's such a nice sweet treat in my opinion.

Brown Sugar Milk Tea (also called Sweet Dots Original) with Brown Sugar Tapioca and 3 Dots Sweet
    Shirley C.

Cute bubble tea shop! I've gotten both the brown sugar milk tea (which they market as the Sweet Dots Original) and the lychee fruit tea. Both had balanced flavor profiles and the tapioca pearls were cooked well although they did get firm after sitting out for a while, so I recommend finishing your drink relatively quickly. I also like that they offer a variety of toppings that I haven't seen at other places in the area, including popping boba (cherry, yogurt, and rainbow) and brown sugar boba. Their sweetness scale is a little unusual in that they use a "dots" system where 1 dot = less sweetness, 2 dots = normal sweetness, 3 dots = more sweetness, and 4 dots = double sweetness. Service was friendly but maybe a little slow although there was only one person working the counter, so the delay was understandable.

I have traveled around the world trying different bubble tea (thailand, hawaii, california, peru and many more). I used to manage a bubble tea stop in NY so finding GOOD boba in nashville has been a challenge. This place was amazing, the boba is perfect! Best place for boba i've found in nashville so far!! I got the black milk tea, with very minimal sweetness and oat milk.. so so good! I've gone 3 times in one week. If you're a bubble tea addict like myself, definitely give this cute little shop a try! Some days are busier than others, i did notice there is some new staff in training so be patient. Other times there is no wait, some times 15 minutes, but worth it if you're not in a rush. We took a picture after trying it. The picture had to wait

This place is so cute! From the post-it wall to the cute cups, I absolutely loved my experience here. I tried the sweet dots original milk tea with two dots for sweetness, and it was a bit on the light side. I would probably get three dots next time. The flavors were great though! Not the powder milk stuff, but actual milk. I also got their Oreo dots for my husband, and it was more like a Oreo slush. They were a bit on the pricey side, and they both really yummy. I would definitely come again when I'm in the area next.

Dead roach on the floor they also had good boba, but mostly the roach, his name is Booty Bouncer Joe, make sure to say hi if you see him, but boba is seriously amazin!! I recommend you come here and get some

For those who would like to know- hojicha is like a toastier, more caramel version of matcha. So clearly I got the hojicha latte. Eat Bubbles in particular has a QR code displayed prominently at the front counter to activate parking. The menu here is a little more advanced than the typical first generation American boba shop. They offer plenty of choices and allow sweetness and ice level adjustments. One thing I found to be nonobvious - all drinks under the "Fresh Brewed Teas" menu section are milk tea. They use lactose-free milk by default, which is a huge boon to people like me with lactose intolerance! Assam Milk Tea, Large, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($7) - This drink has an interesting milk tea flavor that is a bit of a departure from a standard Assam. Instead of a fruity finish, this tea has a bit of a malty overtone, more pleasingly brown and earthy. It's a very thick drink and feels more rich than what only adding milk would be able to do. I believe they brew tea each morning and then fill individual pitchers for service. 50% sweet is a bit too sweet for my tastes with the additional sugar from the boba. It's not cloying, however. The boba is overall strange and not in a good way. The pearls are very inconsistent in both size and texture. In all cases, the pearls have soft exteriors, some approaching mushy, while others are okay. The interiors range from being too hard to almost mushy. The sizing of the boba is also variable, from small pebbles, to larger spheres. The boba is marinated for a long time, however, giving a somewhat minerally or perhaps herbal quality to them. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating 3/5 There aren't too many boba shops in Nashville, so while I wasn't enthralled with the drink, I think it's probably good for the area.
