(I will attach screenshots to show I am not making this up, and include my report to the Better Business Bureau once filed). When pricing was being discussed, owners responses were nearly immediate. However, once that portion of the conversation was finished and I attempted to move forward with finalizing details, communication with her became sporadic and unreliable. Responses slowed to days later or stopped altogether without acknowledgment. This inconsistency created unnecessary friction in what should have been a simple administrative exchange. The overall interaction reflected a "hot and cold" scam-y approach, that did not inspire my confidence in her ability to manage even the foundational aspects of an order. If you are looking for thorough communication and a vendor who can competently handle straightforward client coordination, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
