That she handed it off to the kitchen but the kitchen didn't have the ticket. I asked her two questions. How did she lose the ticket and how does she not check on her tables? She pushed the blame to everyone else and never offered to make it right. That's when we decided to leave and not wait any longer. When we came back around the corner our old waitress asked the other waitress what we were doing and she said they're leaving. The initial waitress then shrugged her shoulders at us. I asked for a manager and then was told they wouldn't do anything. The service here is awful. I have been coming for years. Unfortunately the waitresses do not care to check on your table nor your order. We just waited over thirty minute for our order that never came. People came in behind us only to get their food. The waitress told me she couldn't find our ticket. No offers to make things right. Told me don't bother talking with a manager because she had been there for thirty years and he would do nothing about it. Wow! Let down.
