While we are not social with one another, I would consider both Stacy & Lindsay to be friends and they are both consummate professionals. As with any professional, it is their obligation to be honest and truthful in their recommendations to clients. Considering we are discussing appearance, it is sometimes difficult to hear what we need to hear, however I can count on them to be honest & strategic in their recommendations, even if it means they will not be performing a particular service because they do not believe the result will uphold their standards. The beauty industry is full of people who will perform any service just to make money and that is not how this company operates. They truly recommend and will only perform services which they truly believe the client will receive a valuable benefit from.

I had been seeing Stacy at the Greeley office for about a year. Unfortunately she's unable to do…read morethe eye area and she sent me to the Fort Collins office to see Lindsey. The only one able to do the area. I was very excited. When I got to the Fort Collins office it was closed even though it was only 3:50. Eventually the receptionist came and opened it up. She told me Lindsay would be along any moment and got me settled. When Lindsay finally arrived she was not at all pleasant. I felt like she didn't want to be there. I sat in the chair and she asked me what I was looking to have done. I told her I was there for filler in my eye troughs and my crow's feet and also in the vertical line between my eyebrows. She said no, I won't do the static lines. Only the troughs. Absolutely no explanation as to why. She then asked what I had done with Stacy. I moved my hands to my cheeks with a lifting action and said Stacey and I have been working on placing filler in areas that will give me a natural lift. Before I could finish what I was saying she cut me off and said oh that motion your doing on your face that means you just need to see a plastic surgeon. There's only so much we can do with filler. At this point the wind was out of my sails. I was extremely uncomfortable. Then I asked if the special on the filler was going to be applied. It was $150 off when I made the appointment a month and a half earlier. Lindsay yelled (no I'm not kidding she actually yelled) out of the room to the receptionist in the front of the office to ask. The reply was no. I asked why it wouldn't be applied to my visit and was told it just isn't a special. I then explained that it should be applied because it certainly wasn't my fault she was booked out that far. She just looked at me. So I said I'll have to think about all this and get back to you. Then I left. I was so disappointed. I had been waiting and saving for such a long time. And I rarely get to do much for myself. I still trusted Stacy though and was unaware of the lengths Lindsey would go to to cover her tracks. So when the time came for more filler. I called to make an appointment. Stacy was unavailable for the whole day and now I understand why. When she finally called at the end of the day she said that Lindsay had told her that I was not pleased with Stacy's work so she (Stacy) no longer wanted to work on me. What?! I tried to explain what really happened. And in her defense she did listen to my side. She then told me her schedule was full. I definitely got the impression she didn't want me to come back I decided that if Stacy actually had heard 4 months ago that I was not a happy client why didn't she contact me directly? She chose her employee's lies over what actually happened and now I'm choosing another clinic. I gave 2 stars because before the unprofessionalism that I experienced I had been absolutely pleased with Stacy's work. If you go to Northern Colorado Laser and Skin please do not go anywhere near Lindsay. I no longer feel like I was of any importance to Stacy. She obviously does not take the time to make sure that her clients are happy, with her work or anyone else in her clinics. I usually don't write bad reviews but I'm really shocked by this one. Like seriously, how does a paying client get the shaft over a miserable employee who clearly hates her job?

My first appointment here was fantastic. The NP who saw me was kind, efficient, and very…read moreinformative. That's why they get 2 stars instead of 0. I needed a skin cancer removed from the top of my head and it was scheduled for a few weeks out. When they called to tell me what I would have to pay, I asked if I could use CareCredit and they said yes. There were problems with the CareCredit app and the provider website on the day. The person at the desk initially refused to call the provider customer service number, but finally did, and got my account information about 15-20 minutes after I arrived. After all this, I hear them talking about rescheduling someone amongst themselves, not once saying anything directly to me until I asked. That's when they confirm that "this took too long to resolve" and they would reschedule me for the 29th (when I'm out of town for work). I can't take off another day from work, so I will clearly just walk around with skin cancer on my head. Here's where they went wrong: 1) at no time did anyone tell me to be there early -- they said to arrive at 9.30, and I arrived at 9.25. 2) at any time they could have and should have said, "if this takes more than X number of minutes we will need to reschedule you," and I simply would have paid with a different card. 3) when initially asked to call the provider number, they should have agreed. 4) someone should have had the courtesy to talk directly to me instead of talking around me and making me ask if they were talking about rescheduling me. Now let's be clear that a good bit of this is CareCredit's fault for not maintaining a workable app or website, but Front Range Dermatology has also failed miserably today, in spite of all the "customer friendly" platitudes they plaster all over their website and entrance. If THEY had been running late for any reason they would have 100% made me wait and I would not have been able to say anything about that either.

Why it was not a great experience:…read more 1) Via reminder of my appointment I find out I was placed in the Fort Collins office ( mine was in Greeley). I had to double my drive time for a doctor I had not met before and made it seem very impersonal. 2) It was more of an extensive procedure than I was prepared for. I wish I would've been prepared more. 3) The assistant doing the dressing on the wound was incompetent. She threw the paper of instructions at me of what I should do at home and Did Not go over them with me. I started to read and ask questions. Nothing like this was said before with the doctor. She just simply said what don't you understand. I said I didn't know I had to redress the wound. She said it was standard but don't worry about it. I asked about other things. Again she didn't go over it just handed me the paper. 4) I never received a follow up call from the doctor to check on me that evening or the day after. Definitely a sign of 'we do not care about the patient just the quota and the profit of the procedure. ' I will not recommend this office.
