Have not done a review on this place till I left Greeley bc I was terrified of the belittling & bullying I'd receive if I dared to go back, as I felt forced to... As this is the only tanning salon there. The people here are so mean. They love to literally make you feel so bad & uncomfortable. will do anything to make you feel stupid. It's a sales tactic that maybe works for some, but it doesn't work for me. I'd go in for a single tan, as that was the money I'd be given by my husband & they would try to make me feel bad & bully any time I tried to BEG AND PLEAD TO JUST BE ALLOWED A SINGLE TAN!!!! The mean gay guy was like "oh... you're not even going on vacation? So you're just tanning one session you'll never get tan that way? Why are you even here?" IM HERE SIMPLY because I like to tan!!!!!! I'm allowed to tan without having a reason! The one girl would get so angry & irritated with me after her bullying ass sales pitch OK SO ARE YOU GOING TO GET THE PACKAGE NOW?! While having a look in her eyes that looked like she wanted to jump the counter to attack me. Terrifying... I'd say "ok! Can I get my single tan please?" Felt like I was BEGGING for kindness just bc I wanted a single tan. Made me feel so stupid & embarrassed. 0/10 will never recommend anyone to come here! I had a great experience at Palm Beach tonight. I went in for my regular tanning session and was greeted by Kyler. He was so nice and helpful. super knowledgeable about the beds that I realized I've been using them all wrong all these years and now I know why my color always stopped at a certain point. He also took the time to show me the new teeth whitening product and Lobsidienne skin care, which he had me sold on both. But most of all it was so refreshing to know that there is still great customer service out there and I love the new beds! Thank you Palm Beach. And kyler is a keeper. read more

i went in at 8:30 with some of my sorority sisters and the staff was so incredibly flexible and kind !! they were happy to stay past close to help us get perfect tans !! i'm so happy with the product !! i've never gotten a tan before and the staff walked me through exactly what to do and answered all my questions !! i will definitely be going here again !! read more

I would rate Palm Beach tanning a 0 if that were possible. At the Beach tanning was bought out by Palm Beach tanning. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years here and the quality of services offered here have completely went down the drain. They've over charged my debt card, lied about refunding the over charges and left their staff helpless. There is hardly ever a manger at the tanning location to handle any possible situation pertaining to over charges or accounts being mysteriously deleted. If you'd like to speak to corporate, you have to leave a message and maybe in a week they'll call you back. The quality of this business overall has depleted.. This place is a joke! The customer service is terrible and the beds sub par for what they charge. Waited an hour to spray tan after being told the lady before me was in there when I got here. Sure the texts were more important than your customers! I loved Palm Beach in TX and was hoping this one would be better after renaming but it may be worse. read more

I used to tan at EJ's Tanning here in Greeley and your company bought them out. My account was transferred to you. On my first day of tanning, January 14, 2023, I asked what was on my account, which was $423 dollars. I asked about all of the plans available and decided to just pay as I go with each amount being deducted from my $423 dollars. At no time did anyone state that my money would expire. On Saturday, April 1, 2023, I was told I had no money left in my account. I used ten tans at the level of $30 each, which amounts to $300 dollars. That means I would have $123 dollars left. The employee said he would leave a note for the manager. On Saturday, April 8, 2023, I was informed by the same employee that my money had expired on March 31, 2023. How does money expire? And why was I never informed of this process, to begin with? Money doesn't expire. You have your customers backed into a corner because you are the only tanning salon in Greeley. Plus the fact that I was never informed that money expires! I know it doesn't matter to you, but it matters to me, and $123 dollars is a lot of money to just go away with not being informed of your so-called expiration of money. I find this type of business practice very disappointing and unprofessional. I'm sure nothing will change, but at least I have stated my case here. read more
