I will be dreaming about this ice cream for the rest of my life! So light and refreshing! I had the hardest time deciding what to order, but I loved the combination of lilikoi and mango. My only regret is not going back for a second cone

Earlier in the day we had a local tell us about this place so we decided to pay them a visit. We made a quick stop at a local park to take pictures of the beautiful scenery and we're ready for a cool treat. We met the owner's brother who was behind the counter. He truly made the experience personalized and inviting. He gave us some background to where the style of ice cream came from, New Zealand. The process is simple: choose from six different fruits and then choose your ice cream. They mix it up! The result is this amazing sweet delectable treat. The consistency is that of soft serve. I recommended getting the waffle cone. The softness of the ice cream and the crunch of the cone are quite tasty. We tried the mixed berries and vanilla; pineapple and vanilla; and lastly, pineapple, mango and vanilla. All were amazing, packed with flavor and freshness. I highly recommend this place!

I lived in New Zealand for a bit and this place is legit! The best I've had in the US (though not as good as the real thing in NZ). The ice cream is fresh and creamy just like in NZ. The waffle cone is a $1 add-on and it's a MUST! I went twice, first time got the raspberry with vanilla, and then the lilikoi with vanilla. I can't decide what I liked better! Both delicious and amazing.

Yummy!!!! New Zealand inspired kinda like Cold Stone Creamery except with fresh fruit infused into your choice of ice cream. My husband and I visited on a warm July day. We ordered pineapple bits mixed into Vanilla in a waffle cone. Side note, the waffle cones are also made in house! You definitely have to try the waffle cone. I give major props to the workers. There were 3 girls crammed into the tiny hut, one making the waffle cone, one taking the orders, while one made the ice cream. They have the operation down to a complete science. Absolutely worth a visit!

We planned a day at the Polynesian cultural center so I decided to look up what's around there to eat. This little spot popped up and I decided I am definitely going here. Located inside the PCC marketplace, there is ample parking. Going to the marketplace is free and doesn't require an admission ticket so for folks who just want to stop by and check out a bunch of souvenir stores and grab a quick bite, this is the place! The service was quick and friendly. The two girls working were very attentive. The menu is brief and self explanatory. Pick a fruit, pick your ice cream base, and then which size. I'm not sure if you can mix fruits, but I forgot to ask. Once you order, they have you wait on the side and in a few short minutes, they call out your name/order. It was a pretty hot day so this began melting quickly, but it was so tasty, we finished it. The waffle cone was nice and crunchy and tasted fresh. If we're ever in the area again, I would definitely stop by to try the other flavors.

My favorite concept dessert in life thus far lol. Mixing ice cream/yogurt with frozen fruit and turning it into soft serve goodness, I was having an amazing experience! Tried the blackberry with yogurt and my bf got the mango with coconut base, both perfectly creamy with fruit bits and not sugary. Can't believe we don't have this in SoCal.

This is one perfect treat on a hot day. Came here twice during our stay in Laie. We tried yoghurt base and coconut base added fresh fruit, strawberry, pineapple, mango and lilikoi. I think lilikoi was the best. It was something I never had before and really good and refreshing. The ice cream just had the right amount of sweetness and it is mixed with real fruit. First time we got the waffle cones and the serving can be shared. One of our cones snapped in half and it went to waste. So the next time we just got the cups.

Driving back to Waikiki after a fun day at North Shore, I found this amazing little ice cream stall located inside the Polynesian Cultural Center. This store uniquely mixes fresh fruit flavors with soft serve ice cream base. They use real fruit such as mango, strawberry, pineapple, etc. The ice cream bases include vanilla, coconut, coconut (non-dairy), and frozen yogurt. They have 2 serving sizes - "keiki" and "regular" - and you can get it in a cup, sugar cone, or waffle cone. I got the fruit of the week, Lilikoi (Passionfruit), mixed with Mango and Vanilla soft serve. It was sooo good! The flavor is light and refreshing, but not too sweet, and the ice cream was super creamy. The employees are super friendly and welcoming too. My friends and I definitely want go back to try out all the different flavors they have!

While driving around the Island my wife and I chose to walk around the shops at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Lane. My wife was looking around for an salt afternoon snack and chose to order the fresh strawberry ice cream from Sweet as. They mixed in the fresh strawberries as they filled the home made waffle cones with coconut ice cream. It was delicious and very refreshing. I couldn't taste the coconut ice cream at first but when you get to the end there is pure coconut ice cream at the bottom of the cone which was really delicious. They have a variety of fresh fruit flavors but the star was the waffle cone. It is a thinner version of most waffle cones that makes the dessert even more delicate. We will probably stop here every time we are in the area. The cones are priced at $6 and after one bite we woofed it down and forgot to take a picture.

Went to Sweet As in Haleiwa for the first time after the beach. The prices were decent and I really enjoyed my vanilla and berry ice cream. Also found out they are dog friendly and you can buy your pup a yogurt cone with a dog treat. My pup loved her yogurt in a cone and really wanted more. Definitely will be returning.

Mixed berry, 2 scoops, waffle cone, and my beautiful wife.

I am interested in a franchise opportunity in California, would it be possible to open it up on Orange County?

I think you can open it up anywhere, but you will have to ask the owners and also the ice cream is made in Malibu so you will have to get it shipped to you if you want it to be just like the one in Hawaii

Are you opening any other locations in California ? This would be a hit anywhere that is beachside. Simply the best ice cream I've ever had.

Yes! In San Clemente soon! Thank you!!

What are your Vegan options, if any?

We have a vegan dairy coconut ice cream that you can blend with any choice of fruit! My favorite!

It's tucked inside Pounders at the PCC Hukilau Marketplace. There's no indoor seating, but there are plenty of tables scattered around outside, which makes it a nice place to hang out. The first thing you'll notice is how massive the cookies are. They come in a variety of flavors like chocolate chip, white chocolate mac nut, and s'mores, but the real star of the show (and the reason I keep coming back) is the cookie skillet. I usually go for the keiki size, which is honestly perfect for sharing. The family size is huge! The skillet itself is incredible--warm, gooey cookie with just the right balance of sweetness and a hint of salt. It's topped with a generous scoop of ice cream and your choice of sauce drizzled over the top. My go-to is the brown butter fudge. It does take about 15 minutes to prepare, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Pro tip: order it first, then take a stroll around the marketplace while it bakes. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Was satisfied with our choices. For the sundae they heat up the chunky OG cookie n' I was pleasantly surprised how the ice cream didn't melt right away. Was excited for the pb caramel sauce that was ofc tasty. All cookies had a crisp-crunchy exterior n' were jumbo in size, which makes sense for the price. Took bites of everything then when we got home popped them in the microwave. Prefer them to be warm n' eaten with the chocolate a lil' melted, makes it even more better than at room temp. Somehow, it ended up being the same price, if not cheaper, than the Baskin-Robbins by my house. That alone threw me off. Then the ice cream showed up... and now I'm suspicious for a different reason. Flavor was a straight 10 out of 10. Not "it's hot so I'll take anything cold" good, actually good. Like someone back there cares about your happiness. Portion size? Out of control. These guys are not measuring anything. It felt personal. Like they saw me walk in and said "yeah, give this guy the full send." And listen, I've never once in my life said "that's too much fudge." Fudge dripping down the sides, chocolate overflowing like it had somewhere to be. I couldn't even take a picture because it was already escaping. One wrong move and I'm wearing it. At one point I wasn't even eating it anymore, I was just trying to contain the situation. This is exactly how a sundae should be. Messy, overloaded, slightly stressful, and 100 percent worth it.
