Hey! A perfect contractor! Whadd'ya know?…read more Omar cleaned my 152 year old wood burning chimneys twice in addition to being contracted to install a stainless steel liner (something I was VERY reluctant to do). The liner took 3-4 days, cost just under $5k but gives my old old chimney a whole new life. They clean in the fall and do repairs in the spring. They put up a zip wall around the fireplace, covered all the furniture, wore shoe covers and a mask when in the house, and cleaned up everything. The liner itself is so tiny compared to the old chimney width but I think that's how it supposed to be. It just looks so funny now. I have peace of mind that I won't have to deal with a chimney fire, however, so that's worth something.

We have an older home in St. Louis County that we were getting ready to sell. We knew it needed a…read morenew roof so we called several area contractors, some of them were big names that you see advertised on local TV all the time. We threw St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors on the list just because the reviews on Yelp seemed pretty good. Wow, were we impressed! We got a prompt call back and an estimator looked at the roof the next day. Our estimate was very detailed, offering several options. St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors had the best price and we really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell us a bunch of other things we really didn't need. Work on our roof was started fairly quickly and completed in an amazing 2-3 days. Our property was cleaned up thoroughly and we were happy. For a while. Then it rained and our new beautiful roof leaked. We called to complain and they got right back with us, came out quickly and worked on the roof some more. It was still leaking so they came out a second time and it's been dry as bone ever since. Is that great customer service, or what? No excuses, no arguments, they just got right on it and made it right. We've since moved to the Kansas City area or we would have them work on our home again in an instant! Lynn and Thom-picky customers, but completely satisfied.

I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better.
