Randomly stumbled on this sandwich truck since we saw it across the street from Humble Sea. Really glad we checked it out because it was delicious. They specialize in brisket sandwiches. The sandwiches were loaded and I loved their bread. They also gave us some complimentary bread chips with dip while we waited and it was also super good. We'll definitely be back again.

Great plains sandwich, coke and probiotic.

Holy Mary mother of Jesus! This is a great sandwich place. My first bite I literally said out loud "F&$k me!". They probably have the best brisket I've ever had (outside of Texas). The sandwich was juicy, full of complex tastes, I mean who puts cabbage salad on brisket? I'm telling you it worked!!!! Oh, and they throw in a probiotic just for good measure.

Went to get coffee and go on a hike and saw this food truck in the ACE Hardware parking lot. I am so happy we stopped here because it was DELICIOUS! They were very nice and explained their menu before ordering. We ended up getting the Hallasan sandwich because we love food with a kick, and it had so much flavor. They had ran out of the beef brisket so we had the smoked pork and it did not disappoint. They also let us know they smoke their own meat and make everything fresh -- pickles, bread, meat.: who doesn't love that! We asked for the sandwich to go just in case they closed (we didn't know their hours until after) and after the hike we came back down to eat it at the table. It may have been the owner but they came to the table and had brought us fresh bread toasted with a beer cheese and a kimchi cream cheese on the side to try and that was also extremely good. We will definitely be back. I know they had said they are there on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays!!!

Holy moly, Good Subs literally makes the best subs. Ike's and these lame Subway and…read moreQuizno's-adjacents need to go bankrupt once and for all. They seem to be a neighborhood staple. I saw so many locals walk in and out, getting their evening sandwich, or shopping for some dates or pantry staples. Walking around the store, they have SO many items from Palestine cola to safawi dates from Saudi and halal gummies. It's a tiny clean shop but it's packed with so much goodies. I ordered the Pop's special with chicken and turkey bacon on dutch crunch (SO FIRE) and lots of yummy swiss and pepper jack cheese just for that lil spicy zing. The sub was SO good, and the dutch cruntch was so good didn't even scrape the roof of my mouth. You can order, then walk around the store since it takes 10-15mins while you wait for a bite of heavenly goodness. The gents working here are so professional and patient. Y'all we gotta support local biz, shoutout to Saif for graduating! Many people were congratulating him, it's amazing when you pour into your community spots. Let's keep this neighborhood spot running, highly recommend for a tasty lunch or dinner sandwich.

I haven't been here in ages and I happen to pass by when I noticed them. I checked their reviews and they seemed legit. Usually, new places that pop up have tons of "fake" reviews. IYKYK! Just like the place is named after, they not only offer Subs, but it's a basically a mini-mart that sells Halal meats and Middle Eastern and Mediterranean grocery items. They also have all types of Baklavas, that were sweet, rich and decadent. I've even purchased my very Turkish Coffee and cezve - a small pot with a long handle designed to brew finely ground coffee over a stovetop or sand. The nice gentleman instructed me on how to brew Turkish coffee. I just googled the rest. Anyways, on my first visit, I ordered their Pastrami Wrap. It's basically Pastrami wrapped in a Pita with all the fixins' but with a twist on the sauce. If l'm not mistaken, it's either Tahini or Tzatziki sauce. It gave it a different flavor that was quite delightful. Be careful though as it can get messy as this thing will drip down your hands and clothes as I found out the hard way. On my second visit, I was so impressed by the wrap that I ordered it again. I was more careful to eat it this time around, but it still dripped down my shorts. That's what I get for eating in the car. They have 10 items on their Subs menu, and they all look good. Aside from the Pastrami Wrap, they also have chicken, roast beef and turkey. They have five meat-type subs and one tuna sub all reasonably priced starting from $10.95 to $14.95, which is a great deal in this day of age. The people working here are very nice and friendly. As I mentioned earlier, the gentleman who was providing me information on Turkish coffee was also looking out for my best interest. Instead of upselling me something, he gave me a more practical advice on what to purchase. All in all, a friendly and inviting place where they offer delicious and affordable sandwiches, to which I will certainly be back for more.

After looking through their massive menu, I decided to get the tri tip special on Dutch crunch. It took another 18 minutes to get back to the hotel but once I unwrapped this behemoth of a sandwich, I didn't know what I was getting into because this was literally the largest sandwich ever have ever had in my life. I had to tap out 2/3 way through the first half of the sandwich because I could not eat anymore. Usually when you go to places that are known for their portion size, the food ends up being mid. Little Luca though backed it up with quality ingredients. As for the 1/2 half of my sandwich, I once again could not finish it all as I was chowing down while driving through Gilroy. Do yourself a favor and find a tag team partner to take on the challenge of eating their sandwich.
