Super nice guy, great communication and worked around my schedule to make time for me to get my fire-arm. Definitely will use him again

We had our first time visit to SK Arms today and we totally enjoyed the visit. Thay have a great…read moredeal of firearms to choose from. The staff were very patient and were able to answer all our questions. While there I had night sights placed on my pistol and the workmanship was top notch. Thank you SK Arms for the awesome experience we look forward to our next visit.

Very scary that this type of place is selling some of these products not knowing some of the laws…read moreand rules. These guys have some great hardware. I was in the market for a suppressor found one ready to buy. I have all my paperwork and know how the process works. Strike one was a kid asking me to redo my pic and finger prints. Not at all necessary. But ok. The FBI has been using the same fingerprint cards and passport photos forever but somehow they have changed?? Strike 2 Then the kid had no knowledge of how to file this type of paperwork and would have rather been anywhere else. Every question I had was just answered with "ok" and "i duno". The final strike was when he asked for my ATF username password. When making these accounts it is very serious. I am not going to just give my information over when it is not needed or to an individual that does not know what they are doing. The scary part for me is i have used them in the past and somehow thinks have changed. I had some customer service issues with them in the past but just chalked it up to a fluke. I really wanted to support a local company and keep a business here but this was NEGLIGENCE. I can order the same suppressor shipped to my door for way less without the attitude and hassle of dealing with someone that doesn't know what they are doing.

This isn't a store. It's a whole attraction in itself!…read more Walking into the Scheels at Grandscape felt less like "running errands" and more like entering a Texas-sized amusement park that also sells everything you could ever need. This place is huge--two floors of sporting goods wonderland with a giant fish tank arch on the first floor! There are tons of Texas and Dallas Cowboys-themed photo ops, a literal Ferris wheel inside the store, and a massive café with food options, beef jerky bar, and tons of fudge and candied nuts. Bonus points for the staff--everyone I came across was genuinely kind, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there :)

After waiting for 20 minutes with my drivers license, credit card and social security card visibly in my hand I had a lady cut me off in line. Man behind the counter sees it, I let it slide...and then when she's done the cashier takes another guy who had been there 30 seconds. Now I am pissed, but also fascinated at the incompetence I am witnessing. Out of boredom and curiosity I wait for the bald dilbert at the other cashier station to finally finish checking someone out, after 25 minutes, so I step forward. 3-4 minutes go by and he doesn't acknowledge my presence. Then he calls out the name of someone without even looking at me and proceeds to get into a lengthy conversation and I am back at square 1. 30 minutes, made it to the front, no acknowledgment of my existence. All of you people are not qualified to take change at a toll road. The savings on the firearms does not make up for the nonexistent customer service and lack of common sense that is hovering over this entire department. All of you suck at life.
