He dug up her patio with the a signed contact saying he would replace it, and he never did. He easily swindled her out $10,000+. Do not do business with this man. You will regret it. Now as we try to deal with this, he continues to hide behind his poor secretary. He is a coward and lacks any semblance of ethics or integrity.

My daughter was told by Williams-Sonoma customer service that it could not be returned. For such a well-known company, we are very disappointed with this poor customer service. No exchange or site/store credit options were offered. The SMEG website clearly states items may be returned for a full refund. Apparently W-S does not honor that same customer satisfaction.

Everything went downhill after that! Our last backordered piece arrived yesterday, 8 months from when the builder paid 50% down. The customer service and management was so lacking and we had to initiate 75% of the communication, including a demand or we take action to get the $2,000 deposit returned that they accidently forgot to credit us. We ended up providing our own installers due to the timing of everything in attempt to stay on schedule. Jemson told the builder he had to pay the 2nd half closer to when we wanted delivery. Once they had 100% payment, we started to learn of all the delays. We did not feel the urgency to get things sooner-especially with the backordered things. Our last piece had the delivery date changed 3 times, each time saying it would be a month longer. We feel someone dropped the ball in ordering. Jemson did not reach out to us to see if we got these last two pieces and if everything was complete and satisfactory, closing our order. Fabuwood's semi-custom kitchen is beautiful but it should not have taken 8 months to complete! "Thank you for your patience." was the only platitude we heard from Jemson in response to our frustration and the wait. I would NOT recommend working with Jemson if you are hoping to have an experience without frustration, stress and being treated fairly and with dignity as a paying customer.

Mother Hubbard's Custom Cabinetry designed a kitchen for us within our newly created open floor…read moreplan. Based on our needs we requested 2 appliance garages, a large countertop pantry cabinet, an integrated fridge and dishwasher, an island full of drawers--only drawers. The challenge of the project was to create an island that could support the open floor plan and was still functional and good looking. They succeeded. MHCC also designed a trash cabinet, a spice drawer and 4 other drawers with dividers, a cabinet with roll out drawers, a cabinet tower for microwave and wall oven. We wanted painted cabinets and John at MHCC helped us find the 2 perfect paint colors. We are very pleased with the amount of work space we have, the size of the island, the flow from work station to work station, the color scheme and quality of our sold maple cabinetry. My rating is based on the process involved for returns/refunds…read more As most others stated, we were greeted by a friendly, non-pushy salesperson, and allowed to browse at our leisure without any pressure. We were shopping for a new mattress (king= 2 twin xl, and adjustable bases), and nothing against bob's, but the whole mattress shopping process sucks. How can you lay on something for 5-10 minutes and determine if it will be comfortable for 6-8 hours of sleep at night? We settled on the "plush" version of their sky memory foam, (temperpedic cloud knock off). No issues with the delivery or set up, however the delivery fee is 10% of your purchase price, no matter what you buy. They say you can pick up, but it has to be from one of their distribution centers, not the stores, since the stores don't keep any stock. After the mandatory minimum 30 days, the mattress had not gotten any softer. The other memory foams we tried out, got softer about 5-10 minutes after laying on them with body heat, but not these. Both my wife and I noticed no improvement with achy backs, or tossing and turning at night. We followed the "break in" advice from the salesperson (let the kids jump o them, crawl around on them on knees and elbows, etc) but still no improvement. In order to return them, we had to call customer service first, where they really wanted us to just exchange them for a different mattress. Unfortunately there were not any others that we were interested in, so they started the refund process. After the customer service rep got everything done on her end, she gave me my return authorization number, then told me I needed to contact the store, to process the actual refund, and schedule the pick up of the mattresses. We are keeping our power bases, no issues with them, but went to one of the "big name mattress stores" and found what we hope are going to be better mattresses.

The person who messaged me was dismissive of my disability needs and tried sending "something similar" rather than give my refund. I did get the refund but had to pay hundreds more elsewhere because I had waited for Labor Day sales. When the refund came I had to spend another half hour in a chat with them because knowing all this they still tried to keep the delivery fee. I had paid for 2 deliveries, they gave me about 20% back. Very shady, very poor customer service. A waste of your time. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
