I don't understand the purpose of a restocking fee. 25%! Then, if you don't have the original sleave (you have to cut them with scissors anyway) they refuse to accept the return. Out almost $150! The designer assured us they could get those matching cabinets if we ordered quickly. We did that. The cabinets arrived and were quickly installed before we could really get a look at them. The cabinets did NOT match and in fact were a brown shade and the old ones were cherry. The contractor had suggested and promised to do some extra work to tie the old and newer parts of the kitchen together. He arrived that day and told us he would not be doing that. No explanation. Rushed the install and left a hole in one cabinet. In spite of our mentioning that a cabinet had to be hung low enough to clear and existing light, the cabinet was hung too low and the door hit the light until we fixed that ourselves., Several doors had to be replaced and the install process continued for weeks. We noticed the cabinet color didn't match and asked Myers about this. They went back and forth with Kraftmaid and could not actually get the matching cabinets. It was never clear who made the mistake. Myers said it was Kraftmaid, but the touch-up kit that came with the cabinets strangely did not match the color the cabinets were supposed to be but did match the color they actually were. Eventually the story told to us was that Kraftmaid never could have provided matching cabinets, since that model was discontinued and the aging of the old cabinets would have made it difficult anyway. Strange, since Kraftmaid confirmed that they had that model when we ordered and the cabinets provided by Myers were not even in the same color family. The simplest and most likely explanation is that Myers probably either failed to tell us the cabinets would not match (in order to get the sale) or that they ordered the wrong cabinets. In the end, Myers told us that Kraftmaid issued a partial refund and they gave that to us. Myers NEVER took any responsibility for the mismatched cabinets or the poor install experience. Throughout our experience with Myers they displayed incompetence and an unwillingness to accept responsibility for their work. Again, I strongly urge you to avoid doing business with this company.

So I checked them out on Yelp and saw that they were very well reviewed. So having the need to change the locks, I called Duty. 1st the 2 gentleman were friendly. They did not complain about my dog who is very friendly. Infact once she got her greeting sniffs done, she returned to her bed and observed the project. 2nd, the locks and keys were changed in a professional manner. The foreman even did a slight modification on the door sill so that the dead bolt worked easier. Thank you very much. All 4 keys that were made work smoothly.
