It's not a very big place but I really never had to wait for a machine when I decide to do laundry. Their prices are not crazy very reasonable because they have been here for so many years. I was told…read moreto pick it up two days later and when I got there it wasn't ready and I was told to come back at closing. When I picked up the dress I was shocked by the horrible sloppy work. They destroyed the dress sleeves. Uneven hems, sloppy sewing lines, strings everywhere, jagged pieces sticking out and glue had been ironed on the wool crepe. They knew this and still had the nerve to have me pay and not say a word! I am not going to speculate why they thought it was okay to do this. Why they thought I deserved and would accept this level of workmanship. I would be ashamed to send this off with a customer. Let alone a customer who paid a lot of money. I showed them pics of what I wanted when I dropped it off. If they couldn't do it or thought it might be too hard let me know I would have taken it somewhere else. This is a brand new dress ruined! The moment they messed up on the first sleeve they should have stopped, apologized, suggest I take it to a more skillful tailor and not charged me. These pics are taken at the counter of the dry cleaner. I will never trust them with a single piece of clothing again and will make sure to warn everyone else I know.

On Tuesday, I went to do my laundry at your laundromat, which I have been utilizing for over 20…read moreyears. During that time, the business has gone through three different management teams. I spend approximately $60 every week doing my laundry there. While I understand that prices have increased tremendously over the years, I will say that the renovations look amazing. However, I found it very distasteful and unsanitary that the restroom had no toilet paper or hand soap available for customers. When I asked one of the staff members if I could use the bathroom and requested toilet paper and hand soap, I was told that they do not provide it because people steal it. Due to this, I had to leave and drive home, which is about 10 minutes away, just to use the bathroom. When I returned, I noticed the employee later went into the bathroom with toilet paper and hand soap for herself. Once she finished, she removed the toilet paper with her when she left the restroom. I found this extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. Considering the amount of money customers spend weekly to use the laundromat, basic necessities such as toilet paper and hand soap should be available at all times, and the restroom should be accessible to paying customers. Going forward, I will unfortunately have to remember to bring my own toilet paper and hand soap in case I need to use the restroom, which I find completely unnecessary. I do hope to speak with the manager or owner regarding this matter. I have met the owner a few times, and he has always been very nice. I truly believe he may be unaware of what is taking place. Thank you for your time and attention to this concern.

The second time I decided I was going to the one down the street next time. The price is SUPER cheap- the largest washer is only $3.00 and the dryers are 25 cents for eight minutes. BUT, the place is so small that even when there are only four people in there, it feels so crowded. There are only three wheeling carts to transport laundry from washers to dryers. Also, I'm not sure where the people that own or work in this place ever are. There have been a few times where people using the machines have been looking around for help because the dryer stopped working or the change machine was full and no one was to be found! Being that there are a lot of laundromats to choose from, I'm trying a new place next week.
