Although they prefer calling in reservations, I just walked in and it was not a problem. $50 for an hour is not bad. all staff is friendly, massage was great, my lady put in work. massage bed is clean. as for the other reviewers complaining about sound, this is not a boogie city place, where it's separate rooms, they're rooms are sectioned off with simple drywall, so yea you can hear the next room. but conversations are the ladies asking the client about degree of pressure etc. it's not long winded convos. I was looking for a new massage place near Bayside, and this was one of the closest ones. I chose this place since it's slightly cheaper than other places in the area, $50 for 60 minutes and $75 for 90 minutes. I'm glad I came here because I really enjoyed the massage. My masseuse was Julie, and she hit all the spots just right. Parking wasn't too bad, either. The place is clean and not freezing cold in the summer (some massage places always blast their AC). I called to make an appointment for my friend and me. I told them two massages. When we got there, they gave us the couple room! It was funny and we both had no problem with that. However, my massage therapist was also the receptionist, so not only did her phone ring during the massage, but she answered it. In addition, she left twice to talk to staff or other patrons. She gave me a fabulous deep tissue massage, but I felt the customer service was lacking with her inattentiveness to the mostly naked person on her table!! On a spur of the moment, I came to Swan Spa for a massage. It was very good and relaxing. The prices are reasonable. My only thing is the rooms are not private enough. Can hear the person in the other room as if they were in mine. They should consider completing the space with ceiling and doors instead of open ceiling and curtain. I went for the first time today and was delighted to discover they had a small parking lot in back. The place is clean and serene. My hour long massage was exactly what I needed, the masseuse seemed diligent and responsive when I told her that I wanted more work on my lower back. I came here for a couple's massage with my boyfriend. A regular 1 hour body massage, no add ons or anything special. The massage itself was great (although my back was sore the next day). My boyfriend and I loved the actual massage. What left us with bad impressions was when we went to pay, our two girls were hovering behind us waiting to see how much we would tip. Individually a body massage is $45. We tipped $10 each girl and they both sucked their teeth. A 22% tip for something that had no add ons and you're upset ? Very ungrateful and unprofessional. Would have easily given a 5 because the massage was amazing ... but had a couple massage and the person who was doing my friends massage not only walked out but took a phone during our massage. It not only affected her massage it affected.me as well. read more

This place is really clean and the massages are great. The staff was nice and professional until the last time I went. They give you a punch card and after 10 massages, you get a free one. I user my free one which they seemed hesitant to let me use. The massage is 40 dollars normally so I tipped according to that price. I gave a ten dollar tip. As I handed her the money, she gave me a disgusted face and talked to her coworker in chinese. However, it was obvious she was saying "can you believe he only gave 10 dollars"...in her mind, since it was free, i should have given much more...dont offer a free massage if youre going to regret it...didnt go back....they lost a lot more money than a free massage.... read more

Came here for the first time on December 2018 during finals and after a very stressful day and was treated very nice by the receptionist and my therapist, Annie.
