This is not your fancy place but it is a good bang for your buck. They do explicitly ask for more tip even if you tipped 25%-30%. This can be pretty annoying... Especially JUDY will give you a dirty/nasty look on your way out with the tipping, and I will never take JUDY again. She is just rude. Also, her massage quality was not as good as the other ones. I have been going to this place for a few years and have had no issues. This past weekend I went and was treated very rude. After my massage I went to the front to pay by credit card. I tipped the masseuse 25% cash and she gave me a dirty look and turned away. I was kind of out of it after the massage so I just then said thank you and she gave me another dirty look. I was a walk-in and asked for the 30 minute foot massage. After a weekend wedding on high heels, my feet were hurting. The small room we went in was clean and I felt safe. At first Lisa started off gently but as she/I warmed up, she started digging into the knots on the bottom of my feet and legs. It hurt so good! She knew exactly where to work. Loved the hot towel and hot rock afterwards and how they wiped and powdered my feet before I place my shoes on. They work for tips only so please be generous. This was by far the worst massage I've received in my life. I came close to closing, but wasn't informed that they were closing. They proceeded to rush my massage and during the whole massage they were very very loud and disruptive. Good massages here but the rooms are weird. It wasn't too busy when I was here but I can see where it might be an issue once it gets busy. The rooms aren't real rooms, just spaces separated by curtains. The massage was very good but I don't know if I would come back here. The entrance is not right off the street. This is a smaller, cheaper massage place. It's in a small office building. It's slightly hard to find because they don't have a sign out front--just a small brass plaque next to a few others. It was quiet enough, but mainly because there weren't too many customers there. The massage room had a curtain rather than a door, so there obviously isn't any sound-proofing. The massage was mostly OK. They did something that I later found out was called cupping. I'm not sure it helped with anything. They didn't tell me that cupping would leave red marks that last several days. read more

I've been here several times and it's always been a good massage, but just the other day I had what was probably the best massage I've ever had. Lily was the masseuse. It was my first time with her. I asked for a certain amount of pressure and she did exactly that for the full hour. It was blissful. Good conversation, too...but not too much. Overall, exactly what I wanted. The facility feels safe and looks clean. Shoe disinfecting and temperature check upon arrival. Hand sanitizer provided before you're brought to the room. I have been looking for a great massage parlor for while in Forest Hills, and I finally found one. Now when you walk in you are going to see a very seedy looking place. As soon as I stepped foot inside I immediately wanted to step back outside. But I said what the f@#% and gave it a shot. You shouldn't judge a book by its cover! I asked for the 90-minute deep tissue, hot stone, and foot massage. Amy led me back to a room. It didn't have a door on the room, just a curtain. Again I thought I should run, but I wanted to see this through. She began giving the massage through a towel. I have never had that happen in a massage so I asked her if she was going to be using lotion or oil. She explained to me that it was a way to warm her hands. (Not an issue.) Then came the oil. OMG, she is a little Chinese lady with the strength of a huge wrestler. Honestly, I had no idea where she got her strength from. For the next hour and a half, she got out every knot I had. It was amazing. I have never felt so relaxed. All of this cost me $80 and that included a $20 tip. They just gained a loyal customer. read more

Just leaving my appointment and will not be back to this establishment. Unfortunately the lack of professionalism and service has steered me in another direction. The massage was decent and I can't complain about anything except the fact that she didn't actually massage my feet when I asked for that for the additional time allocated and paid for. I am leaving with a terrible taste in my mouth for the way these people treat their customers. I don't think they have any understanding of what it means to work in a service industry. I had to repeatedly ask my therapist to apply stronger pressure yet she decided to use her knuckles for that not her actual hand. Additionally, as I was receiving my service through out, there was conversation going on amongst the therapist which wasn't the most relaxing situation. Upon check out, I tipped 22% of my total and I was then asked by the person working behind the desk to give my therapist more money. I was taken back and appalled at this moment, and I said I tipped more than 20% and the therapist was there just saying give me more money. I'm not sure what sort of business practices this place thinks is acceptable, but that definitely is not one of them especially when people are tipping above the norm of 20%. I highly recommend staying away from this place due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism. There's a ton of other places in the area that I am sure have better manners and skills and provide a way better customer service experience. Stay away from this place. The massage itself was one of the best I've ever had. This review is really about the place. I walked in and they brought me to the back that was basically one room divided into many. I was brought into a room that had a "curtain" instead of a door. There was also a curtain separating another bed from mine. I wasnt sure if this would be an issue, but alas, it was. My massage started off great, but after about 10 minutes they brought someone to the bed next to mine. The woman massaging me proceeded to have a conversation with the woman doing the massage in the next room. It was very distracting. The worst part for me, was this move the woman massaging me did, where she pulled my arms back and lifted me off the table, naked, with this curtain almost open on the sides. The massage here was excellent and the price - just $80 for two hours - is unbeatable. That being said, the reason for the three star rating is noise. The massage rooms are divided by walls that only go about 3/4 of the way up and the entrance to the room is a curtain. As such you could hear activity going on around the facility while getting a massage. The walls were so thin in fact that my masseuse spoke to another employee in the room next door multiple times during my treatment. This massage place needs some good manager who knows customer care in the spa business . The masseuse know how to massage, they are good, but they need a good manager to do the following: 1) welcome customers properly with soft spoken voices, guide them nicely to their spot. Tell them to watch their step if they need to use restroom. Plus add a hook in restroom for their purse. 2) when they are seated, make sure they are comfortable, no glaring lights or loud speaking. People come to spa/massage places to relax, rest and not watch a ballgame or listen to problems in a different language. Use a clean cloth or towel if needed to cover eyes or wipe wet feet. (I once was given a soaked towel under my feet ...yucky) I had to tell them it was not fresh. People spend a lot and give tips for great customer care. IF you can't do then close the business and open a laundromat. There, you can talk a lot and not care about anything. In a spa business it is different. 3) you guys have the talent to massage but not run a massage place. Please improve and your business will improve as well. So many negative reviews here but whatever it works for me. The massages are cheap and they have late hours. Sometimes after a long and stressful day you just need a massage to relax. The girls here I feel are never the same always get someone different. I've been here a lot already so it can be a hint or miss. I only come here because my best friend and I go together so of course I always say yes and go when she asks me. I guess I'll keep on coming back until I decide not to be lazy and find somewhere else close by for cheap. Rooms are separated by curtains so not really private at all. You can hear other people moaning and groaning lol Also the girls will talk to each other back and forth through the curtains or answer their cell phone or walk away during the massage and you're laying there to wonder umm are ya coming back anytime soon???? This place is awesome. Let me first start off by saying that i work for a shipping company, so i lift heavy boxes daily. Every so often, my back will ache from the workload. I've tried a few different massage places but either they weren't very effective at relieving me of pain or they were too pricey to do on a regular basis. Then i stumbled onto this place after having lunch with a friend in the neighborhood. It's a little hard to spot from the main st as it's off to the side down an alley, right next to game stop. All i can say about my experience here is: Awesome! The price is very affordable ($40 for an hour) and the massage specialist i've encountered have been very helpful and kind. They always ask if they're being too hard or too soft. If i tell them to spend an extra few moments on my shoulder or lower back they will do so. I always feel great afterwards, all the knots in my back from when i entered are gone, it feels like i had a brand new back put in! i've only gone here for massage on my back so i can't comment on how good they are with the hot stones or the footwork, but from the work they've done on my back i'll assume they are great there as well. Oh, and if you go here ten times you get a free session, how awesome is that? I've got about 4 more sessions to go before my free trip. read more
