They are very rude,their nails come out thick you can tell they always get lazy in the middle of doing the nails they don't like to make people comfortable. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. there were a few times where I would show them inspiration pics and they will tell me that they didn't want to do it because it would take too long to do on me. They were very accommodating with my appointment witch I had to change two times. The nail tech who did my hands was quick, efficient and professional. So was the other tech who did my feet. If I could give this place a zero reading that would be too much not only on the nail technicians rude they make up prices as they go depending on how the person looks for instance my Hispanic friend went the day before yesterday we got similar nails very similar they charged her $50 I want the very next day and he tried to charge me 95$ not only is this unprofessional but it's unacceptable $95 for a full set of acrylic nails I've never heard of it when I had asked him to write down how it would come to $95 he became upset and irate and said you don't come here anymore you don't get your nails done here anymore I will not do your nails anymore simply because I had asked him to elaborate on how we got to the $95 price so now I'm sitting embarrassed because he's making it seem as though I don't want to pay when that's not the case at all they have no priceless thing and they try to charge you by time he said I worked on you for an hour I deserve $95 I've never seen a nail salon so poorly rain as u can see in the photo very basic nails !! Terrible customer service!!! Arguing with customers!!! Change prices when you go to pay!!! Went to get my lady nails and feet done and it wasn't a good experience at all. The guy who did my her nails told her $45 for the feet and finger nails. Get to the register and it's $50. Pretty much the guy lied about the price and some lady at the front soon as you walked in chimed into the conversation and didn't have a clue what was going on. We could of just walked out without paying but I figure this will be the last time my baby go there to get her feet and nails done so they just lost another customer because of lying, arguing, trying to add a tip into the price and the upmost terrible customer service. Two people already walked out upset when we first arrived so this seems like a normal thing that happens there. Another lady walked in and had two other customers go before her and they walked in about 10-15 minutes after. She walked out as well and the employee went to talking crap about her in her native tongue. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone neither will my lady. Poor service, poor communication. I very clearly stated I just wanted my nails removed. Fill? They asked , no just take off. Manicure ? They asked , no just take off. At the end they charged me for a manicure because of the clear coat they put on top ‍ after they cut my nail in the removal process and didn't even do anything for my cuticles and didn't file down my nails evenly! They also failed to remove all of the prior nail polish before adding the clear coats so they look ridiculous. Never again. read more

They always do my nails right, they never break and the tip stays on forever! Everyone who has done my eyebrows have done so perfectly and the last time I went, I got a pedicure- hubby felt a little embarrassed to do it but they made him feel comfortable.. there is a new girl there who's work is subpar, she doesn't speak any English so it's hard to tell her what your needs are .. unluckily for hubby, he got her and she did not do a great job on him. My girl was amazing. But I'm not reviewing based on that one bad experience, I'm reviewing for the fact that I live almost a half hour away, tried local salons, Swan is still unbeatable. read more

The nail techs are the best. They actually talk to you and do what you ask them to do on your nails and don't get angry if you point something out to be fixed. Their selection of nail polish is perfect and that includes their gel colors. It is a very busy and kinda loud place which I don't mind but if you want a quiet relaxing pedi I suggest you go when kids are generally in school. The wait(we didn't make a appointment) wasn't bad at all and they keep it moving quickly. The prices were fair also. My full acrylic set was only $25 w/reg polish and I believe it's $35 maybe $30 for gel polish. My daughter got almond shaped nails which only cost a extra $3 which is usually $5 other places. They're also open on Sunday which is a plus. This is not my first time and fed not my last however should any nails break or chip I'll update. Give them a try read more

This is my favorite nail salon in Providence. Their prices are reasonable and they always to a great job! I love to get gel polish and every time I get my nails done here, the polish last for 2-3 weeks. No chipping or peeling. The staff is very friendly and are willing to correct anything that you are not happy with. I visit this salon twice a month and I'm always satisfied. read more

This is the worst place. They lied to me saying that they have gel colors. They used regular polish on me and only used a top gel coat. I had a botched up manicure. I was bleeding. The guy never offered to put any antiseptic for the cuts he made. He drilled my fingers many times over and over. My polish is terrible. My pedicure was okay. I was rushed out by a girl so I put on my sandals with my toe polish still wet. I smudged it. I told them to repaint it. They started bitching in Vietnamese. They continued their bitching. They only apologized when I started speaking Vietnamese to them. Though I hate the service and would never return, I did tip them. My total for a full set, pedicure and supposedly gel polish is 65.
