He test drove a larger bike then I asked if I could also try the bike. I love that one. We discussed price, security (lock types), features of each bike (An Aventon (big one) and the Velotric (folding bike), the comfort of the seats and ending up buying 2 bikes. We were out of town for the next week but this past Monday, the owner delivered both bikes to our home, and showed us the features of each bike. We love the bikes, we appreciated the good service. This is an awful company. They are in Myrtle Beach, but supposedly service Summerville. Well,…read morethey serviced us for installation, but not for real service /repairs. Our lights were not working on one side of the awning. They charged almost $200 to come out, and say we needed a new motor. They were going to charge another "trip" charge to do the installation. We had an electrician that we trusted come out and he made a very minor repair for $100. Affordabe Awning agreed to return the first payment as they didn't do anything, and made an incorrect diagnosis. Now, there is something else wrong with the awning... coming out unevenly ....only 2 years old. We will try to find some other way to correct this problem. Will never deal with this company again. They say their awnings are under warranty, but charge a large trip charge because they're in Myrtle Beach...not our problem!
