The next day I purchased a new Trek Verve 2 and after about 10 miles and a few adjustments, I absolutely love it.

I called on a Saturday, and they said they could get me in the next day. When I dropped off my bike, they said they would call to give me an estimate. I didn't hear anything on Sunday, and I left a voice message and sent a text asking for a progress update. I finally reached someone before they closed and was told that they were backed up with rentals and a few repairs before mine. I asked for a general estimate, and I was told around $75 for the rim, depending on which one they could use on my bike. Again, I was told I would get a call with the estimate. I heard nothing on Monday. They are closed on Tuesday. I heard nothing on Wednesday. Around noon on Thursday, I received a call, voicemail and text saying that my bike was ready and the invoice for about $150. I picked it up on Thursday evening, and they did a nice job. My critique is that they need to improve their communication, particularly with estimates.
