I've had the opportunity to purchase a tricycle at the New York location, a beautifully designed and tough as nails MOVER model which still serves me well, yet relegated to limited duty, not making the trip South. Needing a fresh set of wheels, opting for a more sporty two instead of the heavy hauling three, I met with one of the executives I had forged a relationship with back in Queens. Our history of buisness and genuine enjoyment of each others company, Mr. Wayne invited me to come see the new one hundred and seventy five thousand square foot facility in Conway. As we walked the factory floor, the moment of American worker pride was strong. Each dedicated to their departments toil, the factory was ripe with heads held high, a bounce to their walk, pride in their eyes. Afterwards, we sat in the officers to discuss the particulars of my custom cruiser. With a plethora of options to accompany the cool loop drop frame design, Mr. Wayne and I went line by line, option by option to create something very special, something not pre made, not dangling from a shelf or stuck in a small section of a sporting goods store. This build will be a reflection of me, built by hands that I shook and arms that I embraced. The final product will arrive this week, (pictures to follow) and slightly ahead of schedule. As mentioned, the ability to customize each component and color, coupled with the tour made this one of the more memorable purchases I've had to date. I came in to change the back tire on my e-bike because I thought it was worn out. Before starting, Mr. George carefully checked everything. After inspecting, he told me my tire was still good for a while and explained that the tire I brought wasn't the best choice for smooth road riding. Instead of just selling me a service I didn't need, he adjusted my brakes, bike chain, and more -- all at no cost. He told me I could come back anytime if I decide to change the tire later. The price he quoted for an e-bike tire change was only $40, which is much lower than other places. His shop has everything you might need, and he can fix all kinds of e-bikes, scooters, and regular bikes. You can easily text or call him -which I did before going -and he even offers off-road assistance. If your bike gets a flat tire somewhere, he can come help for a small charge.
