Finally, THE NEXT MORNING on Sunday, called Mike Adams and the sweetest woman said "Honey, I'm gonna get y'all outa there. My guy is out deer hunting, but I'll call him in from the woods!" They towed the truck of a 80 year old Veteran on Christmas Eve. I told their staff the situation, even offered to bring them documentation from the hospital for proof but no. I had to pay $455 to get the truck released and towed to his house. Absolutely no empathy.
