When I finally drove it I found out he broke the speedometer cable while replacing the column and he didn't put the shaft bushing back in. So now the speedometer doesn't work and the steering is really sloppy. He won't return my calls. He also did some ac work on my father's 2000 Chevrolet 1500. It took John 5 weeks to replace the compressor and the pressure switch. Charging my elderly father 800 in labor. Told him that the parts were on back order. Well, in a small town I found out that was a lie when I spoke to the parts house. I wouldn't use this boy to change a tire. But if you do check behind him closely before you pay him. Also make sure you get a receipt because he will not warranty his work.

I have everything on recording too telling me they sold my truck, they dropped the ball, and if it was them they would drive my vehicle up to the dealership themselves and tell them to shove it if they were in my shoes..well I'm stuck with this vehicle, my truck is sold and not paid off and I was also promised a months check to offset the 90 days which still hasn't happened. 20 day pay off didn't happen and nor have I received a certified emissions sticker or certificate for my brand new vehicle. I was also told life time warranty with the Hutchinson advantage and come to find out after they bullied and pressured me into signing a new deal that it is for 144k miles and or 12 years!! Bait and switch artists!! I get no real reward or happiness in this situation and honestly ready to obtain legal representation!!
