At the time of the repair, I was informed that there was a warranty on the work performed -- which I would reasonably expect given that thousands of dollars were spent. However, I am now being told that the shop is not accepting responsibility and that I must file a new insurance claim instead. This is deeply disappointing. I relied on the professionalism and safety standards of the repair facility, trusting that the work was completed correctly and would be properly backed by warranty if any issues arose.
