From our very first conversation to the final delivery, the experience was exceptional. I came to them in a pinch, needing to get my company and website up and running quickly -- and Omid immediately made my project a priority. He went out of his way to accommodate my short timeline, working before and after hours to make it happen without ever compromising on quality. I want to highlight Samuel, Eli, and Marc, as they played a huge role in transforming my vision into a professional, cohesive brand. I shared my ideas and a dream, and they brought them to life. They created a logo that not only reflects what I had imagined but also that resonates with the marketplace in my industry. Their expertise ensured the website included both features & content that are trending and that are competitive as well. They didn't just create a website -- they built a strong foundation for my business to grow. The final design is sleek, user-friendly, and a perfect fit o our brand identity. I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

I was wrong because of the increase in sales I got in my business. I needed help with my website (I already had one, but it needed a facelift) as well as social media growing. With Instagram and Facebook being the main source of our society these days, I surprisingly pulled in a ton of sales when I started advertising on those platforms.
