I have been going here for several months now, about once per month. I've received mainly from…read moreShaila. Her work and quality of care keeps improving every appointment. Room aesthetic is very nice from the Persian style carpet to the plants surrounding the room. Table is nice and comfy and sheets consistently smell nice. I've also seen Tammy for a session and that was also a quality care. She clearly has gained a sort of mastery in her skills. She has trained under Eric Dalton, who is one of the leading massage therapists in the world. After our session, my eyes were red and I felt high (when I was completely sober). The office in general has improved in the short time I've been there with new pieces of art that are nice to look at while waiting for the session or doing payment in the end. Recommend giving Body Bliss a try, you'll be in good hands.

Recently, I had meniscus surgery on my knee and was having trouble walking. My quad was so tight and stiff, and I had to walk with a cane just to help support my body weight. We upped my treatment to every week and in just two sessions my quad let go and I was able to walk without my cane. I don't know what I would do without Linsey and her amazing massage work. All that being said, I usually only see Linsey... but there are time she is not available. That's when I see Tammy! She is equally talented and gives a quality message. Although their approach may be different, I would recommend Linsey or Tammy for all your massage needs. You won't be sorry!

Let me start by saying I am one of those people that "hates" massages because I don't like being…read moretouched (no really though, like stranger hugs make me SO uncomfortable,) and I have struggled in my life with massages. They're either incredibly painful or useless. I had a therapist in FL who I saw regularly during pregnancy and he was amazing and I built a GREAT repoire with. Then I moved here and found a woman who I again felt did a good job, etc and never hurt me, then she started ranting about her life and problems everytime I went so THAT was very stressful and I left feeling crap. I recently started working with Aaron Woods at Grind Time Fitness and the training is INTENSE and hard. That said, I had SO many knots in my shoulders and neck. Tuesday night I got maybe 2.5 hours sleep. And I kept waking up because I was in pain. That was not okay. He had told me, since last week...to go get a massage. I caved. And I knew that this was a reputable place and it was nearby, and most importantly, there was availability. I never ever have any expectations of a massage because I don't really care for them. But I honestly have to say this was probably THE best massage of my life. It was uncomfortable at times because I was super knotted up, but never painful. And I know to breathe, just lik during tattoos, so I was fine. But I felt SO much better. But more importantly I SLEPT. Ameen told me to sleep on my back with a pillow under my legs as much as possible for the next week to let everything settle. Which is difficult because I'm a side sleeper. But I followed orders and slept SO hard. I felt SO much better today it was unreal. I cannot recommend highly enough. Which sucks in a way because that (BETTER) mean he will have a lot more business!! Thank you SO much Ameen!!!

The other staff was super sweet, especially the reception desk who worked with me to reschedule last minute. There's also parking, which is a huge plus. I didn't know before, but still found street parking only a block away. I also thoroughly enjoyed the salt room, such a cool touch. I've had massages in sterile white rooms before, but the salt room was fun. I will definitely be back.

Went in today for a massage with Terril. Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk…read morestaff. They were friendly but not in that fake way that you see in a lot of the surface industry. I was offered a choice between tea and water and was given my paperwork to fill out. My facial with Terril was very relaxing. We went into the treatment room and discuss what my concerns were with my skin and what I was hoping to get out of my appointment. Terril was very attentive, asking questions along the way. One thing I really liked was that the table was heated because I've been having some issues with my back that make it uncomfortable to lay down so having that heated surface under my back made my appointment even more relaxing. My skin felt amazing when she was done, even though she had to do a few extractions. I was so pleased that I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a few months out so that my skin will be able to recover from the upcoming summer months. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful little spa and I look forward to returning for my next facial.
