Viktor did excellent work for us. We had some plumbing issues with the kitchen sink. I texted him in the late afternoon and he came out the next day. He fixed everything in one hour and the price was good. We will definitely work with Viktor again. Having access to a good general handyman for issues that crop up beyond the abilities of the homeowner is good as gold. read more

Vicktor installed a rather difficult Roburn Portray lit vanity mirror that required stud manipulation in our Eichler. He did a great job and is priced fair. In addition , he installed a new overhead light fixture, and patched some drywall for us. He arrived on time, and when he was finished, cleaned up the job site. We would definitely hire Vicktor again. read more

Fast, personalized, clearly a person responding to me and not a bot/agent. Plus they provided an estimate rather than deferring to provide one for a standard project type. read more

Viktor responded quickly and gave a great price. Came out on time and did a smooth installation. Very personable and trustworthy.

Viktor was amazing. Prompt replies, showed up on time, did a great job. I paid him and later had a question about one aspect of the project. I texted him at 10 PM Saturday night regarding my concern. He responded promptly that he would come the next day. He stopped by Sunday afternoon and walked me through how it worked. I truly appreciate his kindness and patience as he explained. The installation required precise trimming and drilling. Viktor completed the installation exactly as was needed. read more

Viktor did a great job on a bathroom remodel for us. It started when we noticed a water stain forming on the ceiling of the first floor kitchen, under the bathroom and discovered water had been slowly seeping through the old grout in the shower above. After getting a few estimates, we felt most confident with Viktor. We also decided to replace the floor tile and toilet while we were at it. We purchased all the major items (e.g., tiles, shower handle, valve, head, shower door, folding shower seat, interior shower bars, toilet, etc...) and once they arrived, Viktor started his work. In about 10 days, he removed the old items, replaced some wood stained base plywood, installed the new drywall, showers, tiling, and toilet. He was very clean, efficient, hard working, communicative, and responsive. We were so happy with his work that we also asked him to help with some small handyman tasks on the last day (re-caulking around some sinks, fixing another toilet in another bathroom). I'm including some before, during, and after photos, although the after photos don't do the final product total justice because of tight angles. read more

We got installed a new wash-let (heated Bidet Toilet Seat ). We got it by Amazon. I first thought it should be installed by my husband easily. But we didn't have an electric outlet. And water pipes were not matching nicely. So we called a few of handyman services, and SVV responded us nicely. Their service was on time, and worked very nicely and sincerely. Viktor is efficient and gets the job done. We replaced our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He had a pair of indoor Crocs to wear in our house (since we leave our outside shoes at the front door). He doesn't speak English well, so he uses a translator app if he needs to ask you something. He offered a flat fee and his price was fair. (It was not the lowest bid we received, but he responded quickly to our messages.) read more

I hired Viktor for a toiled install after fielding quotes (and non-quotes) from multiple other companies and independent plumbers. I decided to go with Viktor as his quote was one of the more reasonable, he was able to come next day, and his reviews were great. He arrived on time and charged me exactly what he quoted (i.e. no hidden fees). I also really appreciated that he brought his own house slippers! His work is immaculate and he left the area very clean. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I could not be happier with everything that Viktor did for us. Replacing a shower door including cleaning up the old caulking mess, replacing the bottom wheels and stuff on a sliding glass door in our garden room and fixing a downspout from the roof in our back yard. He did a very thorough and precise job. He made sure that everything was working and made sure there was no leakage what so ever. He also replaced some small parts to my pipes for no extra charge. He cleaned up everything before leaving and showed me that my new garbage disposal was working fine without any issues. Great service and value for the excellent work provided. Will definitely hire for other small jobs around the house. Thank you. read more

I had received a handful of quotes from the various handyman services in Yelp, and I am unsure why some of them just threw away nonsnet prices; come on, we knew the ballpark price ranges with the required duration. First and foremost, Viktor was the fastest respondent with the most reasonable quote, which was a bit higher, reflecting replacement vs. adjusting with the old part. Make senses. He provided the purchased amount of the part from the Home Depot, along with the completion of replacing the closet railings. I am satisfied with his service. read more
