I was struggling with distance vision and decided to have my eyes checked since it had been about 5 years from my last eye exam. Svs happened to be one of the places my insurance covered, and it had awesome reviews on Google. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Upon arrival, the receptionist who checked me in and gave me my paperwork, was professional and pleasant. The office was very clean and accommodating. I used to work as an eye technician, and was pleasantly surprised that the doctor did his own testing and his own refractions. He was fast and accurate at the same time. He was very kind, understanding and easy to talk to. At checkout, there are ladies available to help chose your frames, or you can be left alone to decide without rush. My glasses were back in exactly 4 days (it wasn't a strong or complicated script, otherwise it could have possibly taken a week like they told me they might). They make sure the glasses fit good and are comfortable in every way, again without rushing. They let me know that sometimes it could take a few days to notice issues but if I did, to come right back in. I am very happy with the glasses and the services I recieved here. Brandy was absolutely great..! I've been waiting for my glasses to come in for just about 2 weeks... I called Monday morning and talked to Lisa I believe she told me they were shipped and more than likely be there that day around noon... well with my crazy work schedule I had no way of making it there before close... they still called and left me a voicemail stating my glasses were ready for pick up... I took a quick lunch break and called asking if there was any way I could stop in and pick them up without an appointment... Brandy suggested curbside pick up but since I still owed I couldnt... she put me on her book any ways and told me just to stop in... I showed up within a few minutes after that call. She was so helpful, took a little time with me to make sure my glasses felt okay on my face and to make sure everything was good before leaving. This was my first visit to SVS Vision in Jackson. I was able to get an appointment there much sooner than the Optometrist I had seen previously, so I made the visit to get an exam and new glasses. The Optometrist was very friendly and thorough with my exam. The staff was very friendly throughout the whole process from checking me in to selecting my glasses, and taking payment. Within a week my new glasses were in. I have only returned once since wearing them to have the sides adjusted so they weren't so tight. The staff were very accommodating at that visit as well. The new prescription is working good. The Optometrist discovered my eyes were being overcorrected so my new prescription was not as strong. It didn't take long for the trifocals to work very effectively. I am very receptive to continuing my vision care with this business. read more

Love SVS Vision. Staff are always helpful and kind. Have used them in the past and could not have been more pleased. Yesterday, I just dropped by---without an appointment---to get an adjustment on a pair of glasses, and they helped in a timely manner and were friendly. Things have changed at this place for the better! You USED to wait hours to get in. I didn't even get my paperwork done and I was called in. Optometrist was so sweet and professional. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I needed a nose guard replaced on my glasses and they did that for me no questions asked and then we looked to see that I could come back for new set of prescription glasses. My daughter and I are very pleased with the Dr. that is there now. Does not rush through the exam and explains what's next, listened and answered questions and concerns. The staff is very nice and helpful. They carry a really good selection of frames in a variety of price ranges. The Optometrist is nice and was able to set up an appointment with an Opthalmologist in my insurance before I left after my exam. That was really convenient. read more

I enjoyed coming to the eye doctor some people don't like going but this is a big change of everything going online making your appointments but time you get there you're already done and ready to do what you need to do and get out and in a day to get your glasses back read more

Great customer service, clean and organize. The only thing that I didn't care about was how long it took, had a 11:30 am appointment and didn't get out of there until after 1pm and it was a diabetic routine exam. I even showed up early to get paperwork done. read more
