He helped us years ago with a precarious neighboring tree situation that needed quick attention. He came out the day I called, gave us a very reasonable quote and was back the next morning with crew to take care of it. Recently he's helped us clear about 1/3 acre of blackberry, trees and brush and then we had him back to compact it and level it all out so we can plant grass/clover on it. It looks SO good! He responds quickly to calls and messages, he's very friendly, his communication is awesome, his equipment is top grade and he's a pro at what he does. We love Bob and his little dog too. :)

After providing a little information (size, information on the previously-obtained asbestos report) over the phone I received a bid right away. We scheduled the job and the crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Everyone was very considerate and took care to not damage any areas not being worked on as part of this project. Everyone worked very hard to get the project done in one day and they left the area very tidy. A large section of my floor was unnecessarily damaged in the process of removing tape. While I…read moreunderstood I signed the damage agreement, this was above and beyond. The worker apologized immediately and accepted that it was indeed his fault and removed the remainder of the tape in my home without incident. When I reached out to the company to discuss it, the owner became hostile on our first phone call. She remained hostile and combative in every interaction after. She threatened me with a lawyer (I still don't understand this at all as I never mentioned suing anyone, I just wanted her to make it right and asked her to stop screaming at me on the phone) and she sent snide emails to me. It took months to resolve and was an awful experience. The work done was adequate, but not excellent. The only above average part of the experience was the initial person who came to do the bid. He was professional and respectful. From there on it went downhill. I would never work with this company again, nor would I recommend anyone else work with them. The owner does not seem to care about her customers. UPDATE to add: They did eventually pay for the repair to the floor, but the owner/manager seemed to be deliberately horrible throughout the entire process.

After talking to a ton of contractors and picking a handful out to give me some quotes none of them really seemed to "care" or give the vibe of quality. That's where Pardini Construction (Owner Joel) came in and managed to impress me. Joel really cared about what the site was going to be used for and before doing anything wanted to do a site walk to look for anything weird or problematic areas. While doing a site walk seems like a no brainer some of the other companies i reached out to didn't think it was necessary or showed up kicked some dirt and said that will be $$$$. Joel came out with laser levels, measuring equipment galore, and years of knowledge/experience. After dotting the I's and crossing the T's we got everything on the calendar to start within a couple weeks. The entire way through Joel would let me know the status of certain things and follow up with additional questions if needed. There was a point where my other building contractor documentation was a little bit confusing and Joel unprompted reached out to them and hashed out everything with them for me on my behalf.
