Even with an existing formula, I was amazed how horrible some of them were. I searched again for someone with good reviews and ran across Evolve and Lia. I was very comfortable with what she said, but was still concerned about how it would turn out as she was going to change product lines (I had always gone to Redken colorists). She had to add highlights, and lowlights, and change my base color, but she nailed it! I am thrilled to have found her as she knows her stuff- and she listens! After my replies to said text were not answered, I had to take it upon myself to call the salon to see if they could get me in another time. I made this appointment FIVE WEEKS in advance and needed my hair done for an event over the weekend. The woman on the phone was not very nice. When I expressed I was disappointed because this is the second time in a row this happened, she just said "we can't have people work when they're sick..." she completely missed the point. If I get cancelled on last minute, twice in a row, and you can't accommodate a new reservation, give your customer a discount or a free hair product. Not an attitude. Especially when the salon would have gladly charge me in FULL if I was the one to cancel last minute. Thankfully, I was able to find a place in the area that took me last minute so I will be paying them from now on. There are plenty of other places, who charge better, and care about their customers, so tread carefully with this place.
