I highly recommend Natasha if you want expert service and beautiful hair. She is amazing. She is so precise in each hair she foils, never experienced this level of precision. My hair was damaged previously and she sat with me, went over a treatment plan to bring my hair back to life! I am thrilled to have her and appreciate the Sunday schedule that is available. read more

I highly recommend Val, she's the best ! She's been doing my hair for almost a decade now and I'm super happy with the results.

Valbona is amazing! I walked into Dellaria Salon in Peabody on the morning of my wedding, having never met her before, and showed her a Pinterest page with my ideas. She immediately understood my vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded all my expectations. The final result was more stunning than I could have ever imagined! Her expert touch and brilliant suggestions, like adding a few perfect details, pulled the entire look together beautifully. Valbona is absolutely fantastic! The only person I trust with my hair, especially highlights!

Really unprofessional. I called to make an appointment with someone who specializes in curly hair. The day of the appt, I received a text confirmation with a different time than I had originally booked. When I called the salon to double check the time, the woman told me that they had changed both the time and the stylist. I would have liked to have received a phone call informing me of either of those changes. I canceled altogether and the receptionist made no apology whatsoever or offer for a solution. Definitely won't be booking here in the future. read more

Madlen was great. I love the hair cut that she gave me. So short and stylish. She is the best.

I had bought an Eversave to this salon and used it recently. The coupon was for a full-foil and I paid $60 for a $150 value. I enjoy getting my hair done so I thought this would be a good investment. I'd never been do a Dellaria salon before and I chose to go to the one at the North Shore Mall, which one, is weird its in a mall but my only option to go was a Sunday. They also have stores in other malls, so it was whatever. I hadn't heard anything bad/good about Dellaria before and I was hoping I'd come out okay. I had Kelly do my hair, she did a great job!!! I was a light/medium brown before I went in there and came out pretty much blonde, the way I was before I stupidly darkened my hair in December. It really like it a lot! Thanks Kelly! :-) She did a great job and was really friendly which is a plus when your putting your trust into someone you don't know, to do your hair. The salon itself, needs to be bigger. It was so cramped in there, I feel terrible for the stylists to have to work in that tight of conditions. It's pretty cool that they have the wash station built in right to their space; but overall this place is tiny. Another thing, the workers there had no idea about my coupon. They had to call a manager that wasn't there. I find that odd on the chain management itself, to not have let their employees know what they were offering clients? I find that really weird. It's not the employees fault, its management and I feel that is a little messed up. read more

FRED IS 10 He's so amazing and pays so much attention to what he's doing- while being sososo kind and sweet. I am a hairstylist and he is the only person who cuts my hair and also I never have to tweak my hair when I leave- He's so great- nice to sit with and leave feeling good - at the N.S MALL location read more

Absolutely love Dellaria! As a blonde, getting the right stylist can be hard. I started going to Paige years ago and will never go to another stylist. Her colors are absolutely amazing. I have requested every blonde phase and she has surpassed every Pinterest expectations I've shown her. For extensions, curls and updo's I have to recommend Val! My extensions look so natural that people don't believe when I tell them. Both Val's casual or formal curls and updo are perfect! She is quick, the styles last all day while still feeling light and not drenched in product. Both stylists are amazing, I couldn't recommend them more! read more

I finally found a hair stylist and salon that I like! Dy did a great job with my highlights and cut, she is so nice and listens to what I ask for, but also adds her professional suggestions, which I love. Everyone who works there is really nice and professional! I will be going back. read more

haven't had a haircut in 6mo or more, it was a mess! Fred did an amazing job. I'll be back again!

So I guess when you post a review it's viewed as an "attack"? Jamie Gizanis only got back to me after a bad review was put up. Yelp is not only for 5 star reviews. I stand by what I said, Hector did an atrocious job & poor Kelly Hughes had to try & fix his mess! read more

I've been coming to Dellaria for years, all or the staff is great. Paige Visone is amazing and I will continue to drive to Peabody to see her, regardless of living in Boston. I am super picky about my hair, and Paige has been great, the only person I truly trust. Very clean salon as well. read more

Valbona at Dellaria Peabody is wonderful. She listens to what you are looking for, and delivers everytime.

Recently I visited this salon and I have mixed reviews. Pros: -I was taken on time for my appointment. -I am satisfied with my hair. -The salon was clean. -I was the only client the stylist was working on. -My hair was done in a timely manner. Cons: -No price was given at consult. -A bit pricey for what I got done. - The whole time I was in the chair (1.5 hrs) the stylist did not talk to me but talked with other stylists and their clients. My last point was huge for me! Working in customer service, making a connection/ relationship is huge! I guess she didn't want a return customer... Overall I had a good experience but due to the price and friendliness of the stylist I most likely will go somewhere else. read more

I wish I could give more stars, the manager or owner reached out to me to apologize for my experience. in hindsight it may have benefitted me to just call and tell them about my bad experience, but I'm not the kind of person who does these kinds of things, im not even a 1 star yelp reviewer, and at the time, I was hoping he was just having a bad day. seems like the higher ups really care about their salon and patrons! I give updated reviews and an extra star for that! read more

I have gone here more than a dozen times and am always happy when I leave. Jen colors my hair and Hector cuts it. I have brown hair and Jen never ever leaves it looking brassy or orange. Another thing I love is that she foils my hair so that I do not look like a Zebra which I love. I give her 5 stars. Hector cuts my hair well. i have long hair (past my shoulders) and he layers it very natural. If you ever go here I recommend either of these 2! read more

My sister booked her bridal party hair appointments here on Sunday. Everything went great. 2 women did 7 girls hair, including the bride, within 4 hours, [Even opening at 8am on a Sunday] I had an elaborate up-do, which was needed to last over 12 hours, with wind, sun, and hours and hours of pictures and dancing. it looked amazing until the moment I started unraveling it at 1am. $85 and they take AMEX. Kelly did my hair, ask for her! read more

never been very impressed with a haircut here. the staff aren't super personable either-- they are not blatantly rude tho. the products used here aren't my fav so wouldn't come back. read more

I went to this salon after just feeling like my hair deserved a little trim and an up-lift. The hair cut itself was fine....my hair definitely was healthy, but the girl I had kept telling me about things NOT to do and why get my hair razored was a BAD idea. If I walk into your salon and ask you to do something, I think suggesting maybe an alternative way is a good thing, but take some creative liberties. This place definitely just does hair by the books. If youre used to going to a salon, sitting down with the hair dresser, having a consultation, this isn't the place. They don't do much to give you the pazzaz some woman need. But if you're looking for someone to cut your ends and give you a healthy look, this is the place for sure! read more

I have gone to Dellaria Salons Peabody--and ONLY to DSP--for the last 10 years for haircuts by Rene Arroyo. And I have never come away disappointed. Rene is a skilled stylist and, without pretension or fanfare, an artist. I used to feel as nervous going for a haircut as I did going to the dentist! But no more! Rene and Dellaria are the best. Fair pricing, too! read more

After moving to the North Shore in 2017, I tried a number of salons and I wasn't happy with any of them. An acquaintance told me to try Dellaria and by luck I was hooked up with Christina , who has given me an amazing color correction and then two root touch ups and a cut. I am so glad I have found her. She's a real pro and her rates are reasonable. My hair has never looked better. read more

It was My first time going here yesterday and I have to say everyone was sooo sweet and helpful! vasiliki did a pretty braid/twist for me for my bridal shower yesterday. It came out beautiful and she did it in no time at all. Thanks so much to everyone at dellarias and for fitting me in last min just a few days before my event since my other appt at a different salon fell through. read more

I have been to Dellaria a few times and they are wonderful. The staff is very nice and the facility is very clean, they are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe during Covid. I came in to have my hair done by Rachel, with blonde hair it is difficult to achieve the color that you want so when I wasn't satisfied they offered to re do my hair for free. Rachel always does an amazing job, and the manager Leanne was very kind and professional when I called about my issue. They really go above and beyond to keep their clients happy! read more

I've had a few haircuts since salons reopened. Dellaria @ North Shore Mall has very professional and safe protocols in place from the time you enter. Temperature is taken, questions asked, masks worn & hand sanitizer provided. Plenty of social distancing between stations. Easy protected check out. Fred gives a great haircut...that hasn't changed due to Covid! read more

The stylists are very skilled and personable. (I went to Gretchen and Kellie) However, the salon is very cold and I was freezing with a wet head. It also needs new paint and updating. There was no paper towels in the bathroom. The experience was very disappointing which was a shame as the stylists are so special. read more

I went today as a walk-in for a trim and partial foil. Kristen did my hair & she was amazing! Perfect highlights. Perfect cut, and she thinned it out making it way more manageable. Paid $50 for 8 bobby pins - friend paid $25 for a curl (and it already fell out) - waste of money and when I asked why mine was twice as much they told me I was lucky cause I got $20 off. They would not even consider a refund - don't go here. read more

Fred is the BEST stylist in the planet. I've been going to him for almost 10 years. He's as good at color as he is cutting. The entire staff are so nice and welcoming. The value is great as well. Would highly recommend. read more

After a not-so-great experience at another salon a couple of weeks ago, I needed an immediate color change. I called Dellaria and was so happy that I was able to get an appointment within the hour on a busy saturday afternoon. Koleen did my color- involved toning down the color I had just put in at the other salon, as well as adding the new highlights that I originally wanted. The color was great! It was exactly what I wanted- a caramel/honey colored highlights on my dark brown hair. She kept them really thin and natural looking and I've been getting compliments on the color ever since I put it in. read more

The salon is really small. However, it was really easy to get an appointment. I got a cut, which turned out pretty well. The stylist was more interested in talking with the other stylist than me but other than that my experience was overall good. read more

Received an amazing wash, cut and blow dry from Tanya. I went in and needed an honest opinion as to whether a certain haircut was right for me - and she recommended a different hair style that I ended up absolutely loving. I hope she stays here because I NEED her to be my hair dresser for life. It had been a very long time since my last cut, but I can honestly say she gave me the best hair cut and blow dry I've ever received. I usually end up leaving salons with a blow dry that leaves my hair looking bulky and frizzy and doesn't compliment the hair cut at all, but she wasn't going to let me leave without making sure my hair looked spectacular. I didn't have to ask her to fix a thing! The whole staff was extra friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! read more

Love this place!!! and Love Daniella! she is the best! She does a great blow dry! My hair is super curly and she gets my hair super staright!!!! I will always come back!!! read more

Terrible customer service - purchased hair conditioner and was told by the sales person that if I was not satisified, I could return the product with my receipt. I returned the product, unopened, the following day and was told no cash refunds - this policy was not posted anywhere and the sales person apparently was FIRED. I called and left messages for a manager and received no calls back. I ended up filing a complaint with my bank - I do have photos of the cash register area that does not have a return policy posted. read more

Scott colors and cuts my hair and he's the best there is! A few years ago my last stylist moved to Providence and I was at a loss. I went to a few different places here and there but I always hated the results. Scott saved me from hair hell! Many of the women I work with have started to see him as well. He also cut my boyfriend's hair for him right before my sister's wedding and it was the best cut he's ever had. I recommend him to everyone! While I'm praising them, I have to say that Amanda is great too. My sister got married a year ago and I was extremely stressed out the day before the wedding. I realized very early that morning that I was barely going to have time that day to do my makeup before the rehersal dinner let alone my hair! She fit me in at 9:30 am and did a quick updo for me. I didn't even bring in a picture and she did EXACTLY what I described to her. Everyone loved my hair and it gave me time to focus on other things that day (like finishing/practicing my toast!) And she is such a sweetheart! Everyone needs to go to this salon. read more

I made an appointment with Stephanie to correct a color issue that I had in another salon. She was ready to take me on my arrival and took all the time needed in order to hear me and to fix my issue. She did an extremely good job and the color came out really good. She was also very knowledgeable when recommending products to my dry/frizzy hair. She recommended a Moroccan Oil styling cream that I used and can't leave without from now on! I totally recommend her services if you want a coloring job well made. Thanks Stephanie! read more

Andrea is the best at color and cut. Been going to her for years and she always keeps me looking aux current! Not too pricey!

Go to Freddy! I'm in love with my hair and it's grown out beautifully. I go every 10-12 weeks so my hair can grow a little more before he cuts it. I get compliments everywhere I go, even when my hair grows out. read more
